Great location, fantastic staff. Will stay here again.
Close to everything, comfortable rooms.

We were not expecting a breakfast and were pleasantly surprised when we obtained it. We chose this hotel for its proximity to AIMA and the ability to walk there. People were very helpful and kind when we were there and went out of their way to make our stay nice.
Confusion about the ability to charge our car on site. The person checking us in said we couldn't charge it on site but had to go to Intermarche mercado. When we booked I had asked to see if it was possible and was assured that it was. The check in person was also not the regular person but we found another person who told us how to charge it on site and helped us with finding the correct location.

Close to where we wanted to be
Nobody speaks English, no one on reception when we arrived , we were lucky a local was with us. We were then told there was no reservation even though I had all the details, it was them or booking.com who let us down!
We finally got sorted but not the start to a holiday! Booking.com should not advertise this unless you or one of your party speaks fluent Portuguese.
