Great location, lovely modern decor in a period property. Emily was a great host and always responded quickly. Comfortable beds.
Quite a busy road

Amazing location, comfortable and clean, tastefully decorated. The host was really friendly, helpful and quick to communicate. A perfect base for exploring Bath. Lovely breakfast and thoughtful touches made the stay feel special.

We had an amazing 6-night stay at the Jane Austen Festival, perfectly located near the Royal Crescent and town centre, in a tasteful and beautifully decorated apartment with an incredibly comfy bed, delicious and varied breakfasts, and the wonderfully helpful host Emily, who even went above and beyond by mailing my forgotten letters—I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat!
Nothing.

Beautiful place in a good location where you can walk everywhere or hop on a bus! Hostess was fantastic and very responsive! The breakfast was great and we couldn’t have asked for more during this stay!!
Nothing. There are some stairs to get up to the flat and then stairs to bedroom in case you’re less mobile.

"Sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Gross genug für 4 Personen. Toll gelegen im historischen Stadtkern. Dass die Gastgeberin den Kühlschrank mit allem für das Frühstück ausstattete war genial.
