Well equipped, clean, big enough, good location

The Apartman is clean and spacious (except for the bathroom), nicely located, the manager/owner is nice.
The bathroom is extremely small, an adult person can hardly use the toilet.
Air Conditioning works, but in a specific way, turning on/of on its own (probably, it's about climate control)

The alternative place provided by the host was okay. It was clean and acceptable for a short stay.
After arriving in Belgrade, we called the host for check-in and were informed there was an issue with the original apartment. We were then asked to move to another property. The late notice was inconvenient and could have been communicated much earlier.
