The proximity to everything. Cafes, groceries, tourist spots esp the Lovre. 200m away from the nearest metro. We had everything we needed. Very clean, spotless, and the kitchen . We were able to cook steak and breakfast

The bed. It was a sofa bed. But we managed to sleep well.

They were very accommodating and genuinely helpful with all of our requests. It is conveniently located within walking distance of the Louvre Museum, the Church of Saint-Eustache, Île de la Cité, and Notre-Dame Cathedral.

We were a group of three and stayed in two rooms across the first floor and basement. While it was budget-friendly, the low ceilings and lack of windows made the space feel a bit claustrophobic. Additionally, since the front of the entrance was a designated trash drop-off spot, the loud arrival of the garbage truck early in the morning caught us off guard.

Very central location. My family - including a 12 year and 15 year old and 2 of us parents stayed there for 1 night. It did the job of giving us rest after a LONG day of seeing so many sites:). The fans in the room helped. The pull down table with the rope was a kick! It was very central and host was always able to respond to us. Thank you. I would recommend this stay for the price and location. Also, nearby locations to store luggage are available if you need to walk around as we did. Very near the LOUVRE so if you get a 9am or 9:30am start entrance booked at Louvre, this is a great spot! Kids slept upstairs we were downstairs.

The bedroom was underground, but it was fine for 1 night and price. We were not really home - Paris is so beautiful you just need a place to stay.

hot water was great, location, location, location, right in the heart of it all.

tiny, tiny, tiny, you couldn't turn around to think, barely 3 meters buy 3 meters, much to small.
