Fantastic apartment, fully equipped with everything one might need, the balcony view was spectacular (mountain view just to be clear) and the location was key; just a couple of minutes from the beach! The hostess was a warm, hospitable person, and gave great tips about the surroundings!

Excellent luxury apartment with great mountain view in very reasonable price. We found everything what was needed to make our stay very pleasant with a feeling like at home. Very new modern first floor apartment, large elevator, with everything you want, full climate controlled aircon, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, very comfortable beds, massive living area, kitchen etc, massive outdoor balcony overlooking the local sporting ground/facilities. plenty of parking too. easy walk within minutes to all the restaurants, bars, cafes and beaches. Just a short drive to anything also, centre of Kalamata or head down the coast for more beaches, restaurants, cafe etc. Plus the host Christina is great and speaks English, contactable anytime. highly recommend this stay.

One of the best holiday apartments I ever stayed at. Modern, clean, with plenty of facilities and appliances to make the stay comfortable. Perfect location (200m from the beach), beautiful view from the balconies, and parking on premises. Christina is also a great host - very helpful and reachable. If you seek a stay in Kalamata, look no further.

Nice quiet area with wide view on the stadium cross the street! Very nice beach 300mtr/5min walking. Coffee on the beach with friendly & kind-full employees ready to help you.
