Room N was full of cockroaches when I arrived, 10 at least of medium dimensions (2cm) since I personally killed them one by one. Never had any problem in the other room, M, during my previous long stay. The curtains need to be changed. No bugs spray available. Cleaning of pillow on previous stay was charged on me because there are no spare pillows available... Few days had problems with the parked cars in the entrance, one day wasn't event possible to go in or out by feet! There are NO standard or deluxe rooms, N and M are the biggest but it's first come first serve. Does NOT matter what you booked. I still suggest the hotel if the price is low because the barangay is very quiet and the room is ok for solo, just bring your alcohol. Please note that after 8pm the barangay closes the gates and it's needed to change route to go back, just advise your driver.

No breakfast was given but the location is closed to my exam center

The location was good and staff were accommodating.

The room wasn't clean when I checked in. The toilet bowl was dirty it still has poop and the bed had hairs under the pillow. The facility should not tag the room ready for occupancy if it is not clean yet! Very disappointed.

the location was nice, it is accessible everywhere, they have a parking space, aircon is freezing cold 🥶 shower have a hot and cold 🚿 and the staffs are very friendly they are always saying good morning and smiling to the customers, laundry shop is just downstairs and nanay is so nice, will go back again soon 😃
