Location was great: everything was nearby(grocery store, bakery, beach, dining places). Our host was so friendly and helpful. The apartments had everything you could need and were nice, spacious (would recommend for a family or a group). No complaints :))

Apartment is modern and fully equipped with multiple air conditioners in each room, lots of kitchen utensils, including electric grill/bbq, very comfortable beds, it also has 2 bathrooms and one additional restroom which is great for a big families/companies. Ivanna is a wonderful host - she guided us through the whole trip. Private parking places. The market is 1 minute away, street food locations are 3 minutes away. There is also a fish market around 5 minutes away.

The beach near apartment is only for local people - it's very crowdy, the water is muddy. If you want to visit a really nice beaches you need to drive to Kasuni, Bene in Split ( 15 min by car ) or Stobrec Jug which is reachable with 25-30 minutes of walking.

The view was amazing, the appartement was wonderful so big and nice, cooking facilities and everything. Very close to split. I really recommend this appartement !!

Nothing, everything was amazing !!

Apartment is near the beach and a short drive; bus to the centre. Apartment is modern styled and spacious, with good quality TV and kitchen/ bathroom facilities. There is parking at the front of the apartment. Good range of nearby shops and restaurants in the local area. Good base to explore Split and the wider area. We enjoyed a day out at Kyka waterfalls and we also went to Sibernik for the waterpark, which was good fun, there is also a mini golf and excellent beach all in the same area. We also took a spa day pass at nearby Le Meridian hotel, to add an extra bit of luxury to the trip. Staff very helpful on check in and check out.

only downside was the pool was shaded (due to other buildings), so to enjoy, needs to be a hot day.

The apartment of this building is still fairly new and it was spacious, contemporary, and enough space for 6 or more people. The terrace was big with some sunbed chairs and BBQ, it would be nice to have a outdoor dining tables and chairs to eat in the summer. The area it-self is very quite as it is with the locals, so cannot be too loud during the evening! The location is very convenient to the bus stop to Split is 10 mins walk away and bus is 20 mins ride. You can also walk to the nearest beach within 15-20 min, which is a pebble stone beach, but you will need to expect to pay for sun chairs, if you need one! The host is very nice and the building office is at the same building and they are ready to answer any questions or help if needed.

The property do lack a few amenities..... Throughout the whole apartment based on 2 floors, there is no bins provided in any bathrooms or bedrooms ( only one bin in the kitchen). we have had problems with the hot water as there is 2 bathrooms with 2 showers, but the water is not efficient and 2 people cannot shower at the same time! As there is 6 of us, it took us over 3 hrs to enable everyone to wash, because you need to wait for 20-30 min before you can get hot water again, which was very uncomfortable after you come back from the beach. We have raised this issue, but the host insisted that it should be enough water and we should not have that problem, but we were there for 5 nights, nothing changed!!!
