Very good location with ample parking and everything we needed.

Could do with some bedside tables.

Needed quite a few small maintenance jobs.

Location with parking both very good. Dog friendly with easy access to outside.

home from home, everything you need. very comfy great location, plenty of parking, nice bed, excellent value, even has sky tv.

Bathroom could do with an update but it all works so no problem

The ground floor flat was well furnished and spotlessly clean. The location was great. Although situated with a fairly busy main road at the front of the building and a railway line at the rear the noise did not disturb us at all and we live in a very rural area where there is almost no traffic at all.

Although the bedroom had a large wardrobe there was very little room to hang clothes as there was a set of storage drawers on one side, which are the only drawers and they were full on toilet roll leaving no where to put clothes, so it meant that basically we were living out a suitcase. A high chair and a few other items were on the other side. It would be better to have 2 bedside tables as well. Perhaps a TV in the bedroom would be good!!! Maybe get the bathroom tiling finished off properly down the side of the bath?

Nicely decorated, good location, good value for money.

Hot water was very inconsistent!

Location was easy to find.

Traffic noise , however dont hear the traffic from the bedroom.

Super-clean property. Small things showed attention to detail for eg, coat hooks at entry door, ledge in bathroom to keep personal toiletries, convenient arrangement of furniture etc
