amazing apartment with great location! in Ponta Delgada is a challenge to find car parking spots and with this place you have no issues with that as they have private parking!

Very good location, parking place (rent a smaller car!) and spacious appartment. Good cooperative maintenance manager. Vicinity of Market and City center (read besutiful long walking paths). Would recommend it!

We watched the new year fireworks from the balcony it was amazing. The staff left us some sparkling wine and a Bello del rei cake really sweet of them. the place is modern and large over three floors. the car park is in the building behind a gate. sun in the morning on balcony in the morning. nice to have a lot of cupboards. two Toilets.

the bathrooms are small and furniture are slightly dated and well used the kitchen is well equipped but is running low on glassware.

Really lovely apartment with great balcony overlooking the harbour. Very central with all you need nearby. Very helpful staff who let us check in early.

It could have been a bit cleaner and the extractor fan/light wasn’t working.

First of all, great location! Spacious apartment, with private indoor parking space! Good communication with the host (quick reply)!

The bathroom and kitchen were quite dirty, but the rest of the rooms were ok. If this can be solved, I will definitely come back when I visit São Miguel again! And also a little bit noisy on the street side, but it was not too bad. May partly because of noisy and not very social neighbours who stayed on the same floor.

Lovely apartment in a central location. Good air con in both the lounge and the bedroom. Self check in was easy with the lock box. We were left a bottle of wine and some treats which was a really nice touch.

The WiFi was a bit slow. It was great to have a space in the parking garage but it's pretty difficult to get into it; we had the smallest possible rental car but it was still a bit of a squeeze!

There were a few problems which the cleaners tried to solve and were lovely.

We were not impressed with the host! The room was not ready at the check in time and the host promised us that he would send us a message as soon as the room was available. When we hadn’t heard anything nearly 2 hours later we turned up to be told by the cleaners that they had finished the room over an hour ago, and had let him know. There was a shortage of kitchen equipment, no toaster and then a coffee machine which didn’t work. Again the cleaners tried for ages to fix it but ended up giving us one from another apartment. All of the windows were dirty. There were a lot of apartments for the two cleaners to clean and I think the host should employ more cleaners. We won’t be returning.

We had an issue with the cleaning that was really not prefect. Sheets and towels were not super cleaned,.. we found some hairs and stains here and there. For the price we paid that's not acceptable. The shower was broken and was holding to its support with a plastic bag. It's apparently not a recent problem as old comments are already mentioned it few months ago.

Really nice flat with plenty of space for four adults. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the harbor and museum etc. Nice view over the city and the ocean.

We where supposed to get the flat at 2.00 but it was not cleaned and ready until 5.00. We had to call for the code! Some minor things like no wine opener and only three glass....

very spacious apartment, well located, with all the amenities, and with parking. the host provided a welcome package with local treats, which was a nice personal touch.

the front and garage doors don’t have soft stops, so you can hear every time an other guest lets the doors slam. the twin beds easily separate if used as a single larger bed.

Check-in was 100% remote. We had an apartment on the first floor with terrace. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Very good location with ocean view. Near to mercado and the city centre. You’ve got everything in 5 minutes walk. Each apartment has its own place in a garage located in the building what is extremely comfortable when you rent a car. Very good communication with the host by WhatsApp. To sum up: next time only there, no doubts.

Nice place. Clean and had all the necessary items. Good location and easy to get around town for great eateries.

Clean up the porch area, perhaps power wash the floor and walls. Maybe some fresh white paints to cover the stains...other than that, the place is very nice.

Location is very good. Close to everything. Parkin slot in garage. Inside is clean and modern. Kitchen is well equipped. So with coffee machine. Really big balcony. Manager is online, answer quickly and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay, the value and walkability. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed.

Really tight parking, hard to get in and out of garage, living room furniture was not very comfortable, and the terrace was not well maintained. There were pictures in the booking.com listing from more than the apartment we received, so based on those pictures we were disappointed withe the view from our terrace. The pictures must have been taken from a higher floor.

It was really a good apartment, with everything what they offer on the internet. After our episode, the staff was very professional and our stay was great. Nice view to the ocean and the city, a lot of space, parking garage, in the center near the real Market place. We recommend it very much.

On the arrival day, we couldn't get in touch with the owner, so we have to go to the hotel and stayed the night there. The next day, they called us and explained, that they have an emergency covid situation. They apologized and immediately offered compensation in money and later one in accommodation as well. After this, everything went smoothly.

Hairs in the bathroom and bed when we arrived. The kitchen is great, but the pots and pans are low quality and/or lacking. There is a dishwasher, but you have to buy the dishwasher cubes yourself. Same holds for pepper, salt etc. We had to buy all for just 3 days in the apartment. Thats not sustainable.

Everything was great! Our Airbnb ran into a glitch, and we needed a place quick. They very accommodating, the place was clean and the beds were so comfy!

Shower head broken and not repaired despite asking the owners. Two very narrow twin beds in each bedroom very uncomfortable. Parking difficult to navigate. Narrow entry and parking space. WIFI only works in main living area.

We arrived at the building and there was no key in the box like we would have expexted. But we were able to contact someone immediately for help and within half an hour we got a bigger appartment in the building. So service is perfect! The appartments are great, spacious, nicely designed and clean (except the parts that are made of glass somehow). The view on the harbour is great from the balcony! There was a complimentary bottle of red wine and coffee pads. The location is great and you are at the harbour, restaurants, super markets in no time. We had a great stay :)

The mirrors, the glass panel of the shower and the windows to the balcony were not very clean. But the rest of the house is absolutely clean. I guess the cleaning person forgot all the components that are made of glass?
