Prime location in the heart of surfers, 5 min walk to the beach and right next door to pricelines coles, woolies and a bunch of cafe and eateries. The apartment complex has a small gym and multiple pools ( we mainly used the indoor heated one) with towels provided. We werent there for nightclubs but there were several directly across the road. We were up on Lvl23 so noise was not an issue. The 2bdrm apartment itself is a great size, just enough space for a family of 4, although it wouldn't hurt if the smaller room had a queen instead of a double. You have access to everything else - wifi, fridge, stove, washer and dryer, dishwasher and other basic apppliances like ppts, pans, toaster and kettle.

Depending on your arrival time, you may have trouble parking outside the key collection area. We ended up parking at a nearby shopping centre and walking over. The hilton carpark is also a bit of a maze but we followed our instructions and managed to find our assigned spot.These were really small inconveniences that were quickly forgotten once we got up to the apartment and saw the view!

Lights in main bathroom were all blown, apartment wasn’t clean. Collecting keys was a hassle, lifts way too busy it took 30 minutes to get down one day. Did not receive $500 bond back nor any explanation as to why

Lock box was easy to do. Location was central and convenient. Parking was easy to navigate.

Always have an issue with pillows. Hard one to please everyone! Compared to last year, no obvious sanitising occuring. Rooms at this hotel are looking slightly worn. The breakfast was additional and a bit expensive for a family.

The way I was communicated (emails usually) was pretty unpleasant and uncomfortable, for example, if you do not remove your rubbish, there would be a fine of $$$, if you do ..., there would be a fine of $$$ and so forth. This does not give you a nice feeling to receive communications only threatening you with heavy fines. Upon our arrival, I called reception to replace our towels as they were not clean, the gentleman on the phone from reception said he would send us 6 towels right away, and it did not happen ever. The Internet was just fine for the first few hours and then disconnected and very slow. We used our mobile internet during our stay. For the online check-in, I was asked to send my driver's license and debit card front and back images. This is rather unusual and my bank advised me later to cancel my card which caused me some time and trouble.

The view was magnificent. Location handy to everything.

Hard beds. Lumpy pillows. 1 mug for 5 people staying. 5 chairs 5 kinves and forks. Really. Lucky we weren't a party of 6.

-Rooms hadn’t been cleaned, hair behind the doors in the bathrooms. -Sheets had stains on them, very disturbing. -Taps leaking water onto the bathroom floor -Blinds very average in the bed rooms. -Check in/key pickup location was offsite and very hard to get parking.
