Big terrace with a nice view. Great location.

Note for others: the apartment can be booked for more then 2 person's if you choose family. It has 2 bunk beds for adults plus one queen bed. We didn't knew that therefore we booked 2 rooms.

It iwas build with money and idea, with fancy balcony, large rooms etc

But if you look closer, it seems to be falling apart. Carpets, windows, balconies are incredibly dirty, not cleaned for ages. On the corridors tens of dead flies lie on the floor unattended. Many small things are broken (doors not closing properly, only some light working, broken toilet seat pinches you in the back side) There is no food served, but there is no even a kettle to get hot water for a tea. If you add a creepy neighborhood: half build house at the back and half ruin hotel with concrete field at the front and relatively high price, it's hard to be fully pleased with this place.
