Anna our host was excellent, very informative and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and very tasty. Location was excellent for a walk into Polperro and coastal walks to neighbouring towns.

The bedroom in the attic was very small and the sprung mattress was noisy and uncomfortable. Biggest issue was other guests not closing doors quietly, given the close proximity of all the rooms it interrupted your sleep at night and in the morning .

The breakfast was outstanding. All dietary requirements catered for and cooked to perfection.

The en-suite shower room was very small. Kept bumping into the wash basin after using the toilet.

Penryn House hotel is beautifully situated close to the centre of Polperro fishing village, and offroad hotel parking space is excellent. Anna is the perfect hostess, friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptionally helpful. Bedrooms are clean and cosy, and the hotel offers a superb comfortable, modern lounge area with daily newspapers on hand to while away the time when you just want to relax for a while. Wonderful breakfast in both quality and choice, served in a large bright, modern, well organised breakfast room, in which there is also a well-stocked bar. We can thoroughly recommend the Penryn House hotel and will be coming back. Steve & Mary.

The location and facilities were excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and informative and went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable.

lovely clean comfortable room with powerful hot shower, beautiful breakfast with lots of variety and plenty of hot coffee and tea. My mum had a lovely stay and would go back again.

Very well decorated inside. Room s were lovely , bed comfortable and hot shower.

Breakfast was excellent with superb choice. Cooked items were locally sourced and were cooked perfectly. Location was very good for mid Cornwall and the free parking at the hotel was a bonus. Staff were very friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Nothing to think of

The location was great. There was on site parking and a lovely breakfast each morning. Anna was available for any questions and very accommodating with our need to check out early.

The entrance to the driveway is quite tight and the double beds are quite small / short in length for two people.

Great location for walking into Polperro and the coast path. The owners were lovely and made us feel welcome. Breakfast is great.
