Please note that this is a feedback for a two-star hotel. We have chosen Mildom hotel since it is one of the very few hotels which offers access for persons with disabilities. It has no thresholds and has an operating elevator as a convenience for persons with disabilities. Baku in general is not very convenient for travelling with a push or wheelchair and an option of ordering mini-vans as one of the forms of taxi has been a very helpful tip from hotel employees. At this point I would like to express my gratitude to Fuat for going an extra mile with his support, Grigoriy for effective communication, Rafael for outstanding sense of humor and neatly cutting and placing fresh food for breakfast and to Azer for tips of getting a good food delivery. The way in which these guys work as a team is an art by itself. Thank you all for making our stay comfortable in Baku!

The stuff welcomed us very well. Especially Fuat and Rafael was very kind and warm. Totally clean, comfortable and most importantly safe place. You can stay just like it’s your own home. Very pleased with the service and we would recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in Baku city.

A kettle was listed on the website but not in the room. I was told breakfast was from 8, but it wasn't ready until later.

Very friendly staff and warm help

What a lovely hotel in Baku. Eveything was fine. I lived some problems in my room and hotel personal solved problems quickly. Hotel’s location was also fine and near of the city center. Salut from Turkey!

It is nice place stay - the rooms are clean with new furniture and bathroom appliances, staff members are very polite and ready to help . The place is located in calm neighbourhood near USA embassy, there are a lot of shops and supermarkets nearby, Bus station that connect you with city center (old town, promenade, railway station, airport shuttle stand, etc) is in a few hundreds meters from the hotel.

The buffet breakfast can be a bit better, as some products are cheap and not 4-star hotel quality (honey immitation instead of honey, strange looking sausages, etc), but other products are in a good quality and tasty. It would be nice to see some dishes from local cuisine too. By the way, you can order the omelette or fried eggs at breakfast time but it is not clear as that offer is not expressed in any way.
