Beautiful apartments, with everything you could need for a holiday in Gran Canaria. Pictures are impressive but the reality is even better. Accomodation is big, comfortable, luxurious, but also very clean and well laid out. Clearly a lot of thought went into the design. The pool and balcony are amazing too Communication was superb - using WhatApp to keep in touch, ask questions, receive updates makes everything super easy Thankyou Liliana and your team for making us feel so at home.

Had a fantastic holiday at the Serenity apartment….everything was immaculate, the views were beautiful and we all enjoyed the terrace and pool area. Liliana and staff were all very helpful on any info we needed. Thank you for an enjoyable stay and look forward to returning again soon hopefully :)

Superb accommodation, excellent facilities, stunning view, and very helpful hosts. All very clean too.

One or two issues with the electrics, but Leliana responded very promptly at all times.

We loved how spacious the apartment was and how great the facilities were. The standard of finish, cleanliness and customer service was excellent.

Love the whole apartment & outside grounds/pool area very private for a built up area. Cooking facilities where excellent no hardship to relax & cook enjoying family meals on the terrace truly fantastic memories. Liliana our host was brilliant she even help me organise a great surprise visit for my Wife from our son who had been in Australia for 2 years. Liliana help play along with pretence so my Wife had a fantastic holiday reunion surprise with our son it was truly magical. Thank you so much Liliana

A gorgeous apartment, perfect for our honeymoon. The bed was so comfy and the floor to ceiling windows are beaut - so lovely bright in the mornings. The private pool was a treat and bath in the bedroom was that little bit of added luxury. Communication with Liliana was super easy vie WhatsApp. We can’t wait to come and stay again!

The gorgeous sunsets from the terrace, the views from pretty much everywhere, the Oh-so-comfy beds, heated pool and the lovely staff. We had a brilliant holiday!

the beds were amazingly comfortable

couldnt get on the main wi-fi, so were unable to use ipads and alexas. we did get a code to use on our phone though. also there are no UK tv channels, someone came out to arrange to change it, but it still didnt work after they had gone.

Great views, sun in the evening, very comfortable throughout, immaculate, good staff communication.

Property is new, clean and well maintained. Liliana was extremely helpful and made arrangement for transport and even groceries.

One very small suggestion Liliana. Perhaps colour code the keys as they are all very similar. But this is a tiny observation. I was very happy with my stay there.

The location was fantastic,with views to die for. The property had all mod cons and was spotlessly clean.

Although the property was superb and Netflix was provided I would have thought for the price Sky would also be available.Another point is you have to pay 20 Euros if you want the pool heated, once again for the price paid I would have thought this could be mandatory
