The host was very good and communicating before arrival and when I misunderstood how to work the blinds. The apartment was clean and has a washing machine, dish washer, hand soap etc.. there is an outdoor area to sit. It’s 15 minutes from the train station and a few minutes walk straight into the town square. I would stay again.
Only a few minor things. The toilet seat in the bathroom needs tightening. The smaller bathroom the drain had a slight smell. We would have benefited from a chopping board.

The apartment is located in a quiet yet central part of Padova. This makes exploring the city on foot really easy. The terrace is wonderful.
The WiFi was not the best but the owner has taken steps to address this issue.

location was excellent, modern decor, Terrence always perfect for relaxing. we accidentally booked for three guests and they went out of their way on a Sunday afternoon to come bring extra sheets.

A clean, modern apartment. 3 good sized bedrooms. There are 2 well appointed toilet and shower rooms.
There is a nice large kitchen area with plates and cutlery and there's a lovely terrace off the kitchen with a covered area and outdoor furniture. This was a big hit with us and we had coffee, food and drinks out on the terrace on a few occasions.
The apartment was secure, clean and comfortable. Great location, 5 to 10 minutes away from the lovely squares and restaurants. There is a nice bakery close by and coffee shops and a small supermarket. All in all a lovely apartment in a nice location.
The induction hob can take some figuring out. Also, an oven or microwave would help as we couldn't heat up food.

The location is great, only few steps from the university of Padua. The famous caffe Pedrocchi is nearby, where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The supermarket is 80 meters away. The apartment is spacious. We had 2 big luggages, so the lift made it easier to move in. The owner was very nice, he allowed us to put our luggages into the room at noon and allowed us a late checkout as he had no client on that day. We really enjoyed the days we stayed in the apartment. Strongly recommend!

Ivan our host was so helpful organising a place to park our hire car overnight and being on hand to guide us to the apartment. We couldn't have wished for better support from Ivan after suffering the problems of a cancelled flight.

My family and I spent a wonderful business/pleasure week in Padova thanks to our host Ivan who was more than just a host. The apartment offers everything you need, extremely practical but nonetheless, very modern and classy. Very convenient for families with small children. Situated in a great location.

The size of the rooms, the heated floors, a beautiful terrace and a well equipped kitchen with some condiments provided which was a real bonus, you don’t find that in May places. The proximity to the old town was excellent and the apartment was very secure. The directions on how to access the property was very good and recommendation for a place for dinner was an added advantage. Overall could not fault
