not many properties that sleep 7 people. good views. has washing machine. relatively modern

most of this property hasn’t properly been cleaned in quite some time. the rugs need a really big clean. I put clothes in the wardrobe and when I put them on they were covered in dust. when you spend $7000 for 5 nights accomodation you expect it to be clean. also with the doors and windows shut, it’s gets considerable street noise of cars motorbikes and emergency vehicles.

The location. The apartment was clean and tidy.

The hosts customer service wasn’t great and there was a lot of inflexibility. Assumptions that we would potential behave in a certain manner were a little offensive. Also asking for us to use wipes on our face prior to going to sleep was an interesting request. Overall the location of the property was great, the apartment was clean and tidy but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again for the cost and service were not great.

Very impressive view and lovely apartment in great location. We enjoyed our stay very much overall, Tony is a great host, very accommodating.

Would have liked a few more amenities eg tissues, face cloths , water Needs a book with instructions on how to use oven, dishwasher, local attractions, local restaurants etc

Having to pay $1000 bond without any notice. Every place I've stayed at only takes a swipe of your card, where as they take your money and it can take up to one week to get it back
