Nice big room, comfy bed, big bathroom. Friendly staff and decent WiFi. Good tram connection but also within easy walking distance to the centre. Good value for money

No air conditioning, there were fans but they were quite noisy and blew cool air onto your face..... The street was very noisy so the window had to be shut at night.

The location was really good. Was really close to the downtown and in 3 minutes walking you are on a stop from the Strassenbahn. They have the own restaurant and a bar. The breakfast was amazing and with to many options. The room was really pretty, nice and cozy. We choose a room with air conditioner because the weather was to hot when we been there. They have the own parking place for only 8 euro per night. And the staff was really nice all the time.

I think the only thing I didn't like was that if you walk only one street looks like you're in a different city, more dirty, with ugly walls and a weird atmosphere.

I loved the staff. They made the impossible possible for my comfort: I was beginning to feel sick and they immediately provided me with a kettle even though there should have been none left.

The room was big and clean. The transport connection to the city centre is good: In the near, you can find a tram station. The hotel has its own parking (ca. 8 euro pro night), but you can also park a car in the near, and it is free.

Everything was good. Maybe I can complain that my pillow was not comfortable enough. I highly recommend the hotel.

The staff - very friendly and helpful. Told us about the city and helped with a taxi when we had to leave at stupid o'clock for a train. The room was nice - bathroom well designed even if the shower leaked a bit. Recommended.

It's a little way out of town.

Incredibly helpful and friendly reception staff. Room was big and clean. Beds were firm and pillows were great. It was about a 20 minute walk to the train station/touristy area, or you could just take a tram.

The hotel is right beside the road, you can hear the traffic/trams running from early morning.

Proximity to the main station and public transportation + the size and cleanliness of the room + very comfy bed

The sound proofing in my room was pretty bad, My bad luck I had an early bird above my room who was probably working out in his room for half an hour or so, walking all the time. I could hear his footsteps right throughout. The hotel is right next to very busy tram lines and can be pretty noisy if your room is adjacent or facing the tram lines. Even though I asked for a quiet room far from street traffic, I was given a room smack close to the tram line and couldn't get a good sleep. Just for this reason of poor customer care, I'm giving a 5/10 rating.
