I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Casa Ruxandrei. The apartment is very spacious, clean and has a sea view. I was lucky enough to witness a beautiful sunrise from there. Ruxandra is a welcoming and kind host who has excellent tips for restaurants etc. The kitchen is equipped with basics and does the job for a short stay. This place is not for you if you do not like walking up the stairs, but if you do not mind, I recommend it.

it has all the amenities you would find in a hotel, a beans coffee machine that you can use anytime. it's located conveniently near a supermarket, the old city center and 3-4 minutes away from the beach. it was really quiet and the wellcoming was very nice too. room got cleaned every day with towels changed every other day. the location had 50% for sunbeds. i really enjoyed staiying there.

Location against the city center, touristic area and beach was really good. Ruxandra was really helpful and flexible with the check in and check out. The place was clean and the facilities worked well. Plenty of parking space with the condition of looking for it in the afternoon or weekend, otherwise really crowded.
the surroundings are really depressing, old and ugly/abandoned buildings, ruins, city center streets in really bad condition, a little bit of noise from the garbage area. It is not the location fault but the city hall that is just not doing anything for the city, too bad becuase it has so much potential.
