The location of the lodge was in the centre of town making it easy to walk to the river cruises and the Main Street. The pub had lovely meals and a nice outdoor area to sit.

Was a little disappointed that when we booked in the cabin we were allocated was not overlooking the river

Superb location right on the river, adjoining the Echuca Hotel, but rooms far enough away so no noise. Spotlessly clean, new, great bathrooms.very helpful staff, great meals and 10% off food and drink if you dined at the hotel.

The position was very convenient, everything, attractions, hotels, cafes, and shops were all walking distance. The bed was very comfortable. Sitting just outside our room, in the little balcony area, feeling close to nature. The river, just a stones throw away.

I specifically asked about a kitchenette and was told there are kitchenettes in every room. There was kettle, toaster, microwave, frying pan plates, cutlery and about 10cm of bench space. Not my idea of a kitchenette. The adjoining hotel, we found to be very noisy.

Campaspe Lodge was a great place to stay. It’s right on the bank of the river with a beautiful view . Everything inside was very clean with spacious room with its own balcony overlooking the river. Out the back you simply had a1 minute walk to shops to eat at and on the other side of the street was where the paddle steamers left from.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Great central location. loved been at the back of the pub. Was a quite set up. The room was very clean with a nice balcony over looking the river. Perfect for our 1 night stop over.

Property was quiet, even though we were in the heart of Echuca. It was clean, great shower. Beds were comfortable & room was spacious.

Great location for exploring the main area of Echuca. Parking was super easy. Tucked behind the Echuca Hotel which was the perfect spot for dinner and a vino after a long day driving.

The neighbours had a very noisy bird that screeched hourly throughout the night.

The location was perfect, had dinner there & a little stroll in the morning. The staff were great & very helpful. The room was very clean & fresh and had all the comforts.

I did hear the man next door snoring for a moment. It didn't last long. I assume he was one of those really loud snorers.

Verandah with view overlooking Campaspe River. Kitchen well stocked with equipment needed. Roomy bathroom. Comfy beds. Close proximity to Echuca Hotel. Verandah had a Crimsafe security door which allowed us to leave door open during the night, instead of having to use the air-con. Close to cafes and places of interest.

We found it hard to find the place initially. The address given is actually the Echuca Hotel. The lane beside it leads to the back carpark and also Campaspe Lodge. You need to go into the front of the hotel to check in. This was not mentioned in Booking.com. Perhaps on Fridays and Saturdays there might be some noise from the beer garden of the hotel, but it was far enough away to not annoy on a week night.

Close walking distance to Main Street. Looking out over the campaspe river was lovely from the back verandas. Easy access to Hotel facilities.

Location was perfect. So close to everything and right on the river.

Was able to hear everything through the walls from the people staying next door. Not that it was loud or gave me any trouble, it was just that you can hear everything.

New management - exceptional service and friendly feel to whole place. Just walk out of room to the bistro for a delicious Parma.
