It was close to the beach and the pool was good

No internet, despite us being told it was going to be connected. The people in the unit above us were smoking so we couldn't keep the sliding door open. The fan in the second bedroom wasn't working, it took 2 days for it to be fixed. No toilet paper, tea, coffee or milk supplied so we had to buy all of that ourselves! No tea towels or washing up liquid either! The internet got connected the day we checked out, despite me leaving multiple messages. I wouldn't recommend staying again unless things improve!

The location was great. The apartment was adequate for our needs. Easy walk to the beach.

Cigarette smell was noticeable around the apartments. The kitchen cupboards needed a wipe out. I noticed they were a little greasy. Otherwise all good.

The apartment was clean and comfortable - extra blankets and towel supplied. Very quiet and loved the outdoor heater spa.

No complaints

Very friendly and helpful staff with key pick up and drop off, The location, it was spacious inside unit, kids loved the Hot tub.

Parking space was a tight fit, no aircon and heater provided was not sufficient for such a large space, no wifi even own internet was a bit offf a hit and miss!

Parking was very small and not enough room for a Prado. We had people in our park for the first 2 days. The rooms smelt and the kitchen was not clean.

Dirty in general

Quiet dead end street, nice pool, easily accessible ground floor unit, covered parking, walkable to beach, well supplied with kitchen needs, bath towels and bed sheets.
