Property location was perfect being in walking distance of the beach and many other amenities and restaurants. very clean (except one issue) and modern. All of the dishes you could need were provided along with modern appliances. We came to Destin from Wisconsin to get married, and the house made this a great part of the trip as a central area for all of our family and friends to reside. The shower in the master bathroom was to die for!! Best shower we have ever taken and plenty of room.

A couple of issues with the property and our stay. One being that the parking was not great. For a house that sleeps 11, there is only parking for 2 vehicles. This made things quite difficult trying to shuffle people around in vehicles. Two would be (just of personal preference) that one room was missing a remote for the TV and had to be shared. All of the tvs were pretty old and small even in the master bedroom, with the exception of the living room tv which also had an issue with the screen and the coloring being weird which made watching tv kinda odd. The third and for the most part final issue was that in the room with the twin sized bed (very uncomfortable) there was mold around the vent on the ceiling which was honestly pretty gross. The person staying in this room didn’t mention this issue until just about the last day. Checking in was kind of confusing as there is no front office and you have to search through emails for gate codes and door codes but after the first day it was no longer an issue :)

The place was awesome. Easy beach access, great development and wonderful house. There were 5 adults and two young children in our family gathering representing 4 generations. We would definitely book again.

The only minor item was no coffee filters for the Mr Coffee, but there was one coffee pouchl. That didn't impact our stay in anyway.
