Die Wohnung gehört zu einem über 100 Jahre alten Gebäude, neu und komplett saniert mit viel Charme, in einer der zentralsten Straßen Portos, 3 Minuten von der U-Bahn-Station "Trindade" und einen Schritt weg von Aliados - einem der Hauptplatz - und andere historische und kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Unsere Wohnung bietet einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt für 4-5 Personen, die ideal für eine Familie oder zwei Paare, mit/oder einem Kind ist.
Das Apartment befindet sich im Stadtzentrum und gehört zu einem historischen Gebäude aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, dass komplett renoviert und an die Bedürfnisse des modernen Lebensstils angepasst wurde, wobei die originale Steinfliesenfassade beibehalten wurde.
Mit einem sehr schönen privaten Innenhof - ideal zum Lesen, Entspannen und Essen -, hat das Apartment zwei Schlafzimmer, ein WC mit bodengleichen Dusche, ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küchenzeile (Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und alle Besteck und Servierset , die Sie brauchen können).
In der Wohnung haben Sie Zugriff auf die Waschmaschine / Trockner, kostenloses WLAN, TV, Kühlsystem und einen Bluetooth-Lautsprecher.
Unsere Gäste sind herzlich eingeladen, alle Bereiche der Wohnung zu genießen, einschließlich des Innenhofes, der Küche und des Waschraumes.
Es ist unsere größte Freude, wenn wir sehen, dass unsere Gäste gerne wieder kommen. Deswegen verschen wir immer, mit Tipps über die besten Lagen und Spaziergänge in der Stadt zu unterstützen.

We will be recognized for taking care of the apartment as your own home:
- Respect the silence period between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am;
- Please put household waste in sealed plastic bags at the nearest public place;
- At check-in, no keys will be provided prior to identification of all occupants - name / identity card or passport.
- Please note that from the 1st of March 2018 a city tax of EUR 2 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 14 per guest.
- At check out, we appreciate that our guests leave the house well cherished, kitchen clean and tidy and the trash removed.

From the minute we booked, we knew we made the right choice. Dino and Ines were fantastic to communicate with leading up to our stay and provided so many helpful recommendations for places to see, things to do, and where to eat.When we arrived after an overnight flight, Dino was there to greet us with a warm welcome. They had also prepared such a thoughtful surprise for us — wine, juice, milk, fresh bread, Portuguese cheese, and Ines had even baked a fresh cake (which was absolutely delicious!). It was an incredible way to start our trip.The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect — close enough to walk everywhere, yet tucked away enough to be quiet and relaxing. We were traveling as a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids), and the space was extremely comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home during our time in Porto.Dino and Ines went above and beyond, checking in with us each day to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.If you are on the fence about booking this place, don’t hesitate. The apartment is fantastic, but the hosts are what truly make it exceptional. We booked because of the glowing reviews, and we are so glad we did.

The hosts are incredible. Constantly suggesting things for us to see and do. The apartment is wonderful and so comfortable. Extremely clean. The hosts met us for check-in with a home-made cake (delicious), a bottle of wine, bread and cheese. If we return to Porto we will DEFINITELY stay here. I can't give this a high enough rating.

Both the apartment and our welcome by Dino and Ines were excellent. The apartment is very well located with easy access to the major tourist sites both by walking and public transit. Apartment was very comfortable and had all the necessities for our week long stay.
Dino provided a wealth of useful information regarding Porto. We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely stay again.

Property was just as advertised. Very clean and well cared for and in excellent location. Dino and Ines gave us lots of useful information on local attractions. Check in was easy with excellent communication from our hosts! Would highly recommend this property!!!
