We had such a great time at Christian’s condo. It was immaculate, the view was amazing, and the pool was such an added bonus. Christian answered all questions very promptly and is a wonderful host. Last but certainly not least, the housekeeper Iraida is THE BEST! She made us some of the best meals and fresh squeezed juices we had all trip and kept the place spotless. She made our trip even more amazing than we ever imagined. Highly recommend this rental and we would absolutely visit again if traveling to Cartagena!

We had a great experience at this property. It was perfect for my husband and I, our daughter, son in law and 3 year old grandson. It was very clean and Christian was very responsive to any questions we had. The property has a great pool that our grandson loved and direct access to the beach. It is close to the airport and the old city. The Housekeeper made some terrific meals for us which was convenient.

This condo was wonderful - a short cab ride to the old city, right on the beach with a beautiful pool and more spacious than expected. But Iraida made our stay! She cooked amazing meals and was a lovely person to talk to. Our family would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Cartagena.

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo. The place looks just like it appears in the pictures - it is spacious, clean, and has great views. The amazing breakfasts and lunches made our stay feel so luxurious. The pool was wonderful - and a nice break from the vendors on the beach. We were here for just two nights on our way to Parque Tayrona, but it was a lovely stop for our family of 6.

We were there for a week and honestly the pictures are not even close to what the place actually offers.
Iris was and AMAZING housekeeper/cook/friend during our stay.
She even got us a contact to trust and but emeralds downtown.
Also, the place was incredible, the sunsets, the pool, the apartment

My family and I (including my 1 y/o toddler) stayed at Christian’s condo for the past 7 nights and it absolutely lived up to all of the previous reviews before me. A trend in all of the reviews were a highlight to the housekeeper IRIS. This was right up with the reasons that I booked this condo. Her services were invaluable and she made delicious breakfast and lunch for my family. Her cooking filled us up all day that we were there and there was no need to even go out or cook dinner. The ease of not wondering what we would eat for the day was such a blessing. Wondering what delicious meal that would be next was a highlight of our day. She was so kind and helpful and made the trip that much more special.
I can’t write this review without giving praise to Christian and his property. He responded to any questions that I had with lightening speed. The views were breathtaking from the balcony and the 3 bedrooms easily slept my family (4 adults and one toddler). The condo had amazing security and staff where we always felt extremely safe. The pool was also top notch. It had multiple depths from a large pool deck (approx 6in depth) to a 3 foot depth section and an approximately 4 ft deep section. Everything was alway clean and maintained daily.
The location, as stated by the property description, was about 5-10 min from the city by taxi and cost 20k Colombian pesos or about $5USD or so. We stayed most of the time at the condo and enjoyed the beach and pool. A+++++. Thank you!

Wonderful time in Cartagena. The condo located in a wonderful location on a surprisingly nicer beach than anticipated. Lots of water sports available right in front of the condo. The condo itself spotless and very roomy. 3 bedrooms made it delightful for our party of 5. The wraparound balcony with wonderful views. Wraparound window also.
One of the best things was Iris, the housekeeper. So sweet and helpful. And made the most delicious breakfast and lunch. Also did all our laundry. What a wonderful plus to have for our week visit.
We had one small issue with the internet mid-week, but with a quick email to Christian, it was resolved within minutes. Everything else ran as smoothly as possible.
Only thing that was not quite as we expected, was it is about a 10 minute uber ride into town and where to meet most meetups for tours. Definitely not walkable. But that was not a problem in the long run and really worth it for the housekeeper and the nice beach. Also quiet at night which a real plus. The uber rides were usually cost around $7 so no deal breaker at all. More of a time issue. I would highly recommend this place and if returning to Cartagena (highly recommended), I would happily stay here again.

Christian's property was great. It was very clean, had a great balcony overlooking the pool and beach. My kids loved the pool. The location is great. It is walking distance of a few restaurants but it is maybe a 10 minute taxi ride to the walled city. It was nice to have a quiet place to retreat after being downtown. The housekeeper did a great job keeping the house clean. We had a language barrier, so it was harder to communicate with her. She cooked a few meals for us and it was very helpful. Christian was a great host and was very attentive to the property. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Cartagena. We were 4 adults and two small children, and the property was extremely comfortable for us. The setting is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, which is great for children. The condo is right on the beach. It's not the most beautiful beach in Cartegena but it's great for walking and enjoying sunset. Iraida, the housekeeper, makes the stay extremely easy and pleasant. We have nothing but good things to say about our stay.

Girls Getaway
5 girlfriends were celebrating my birthday. This couldn't have been more perfect. The accommodations were excellent! Very safe location with access to a restaurant, but NO food could compare to what was prepared for us. She is amazing and so kind. We had several tours and returned daily to a clean condo with a meal prepared. We usually don't visit places twice, but she made us consider another trip!

The prior reviews are spot on and the apartment and its views are beautiful but don’t underestimate the value of Iris’ cooking!!! We took her up on her offer to cook our meals for us and we were delighted, every single time. We had a fantastic and relaxing vacation enjoying the food, views, ocean and pool. The internet was a bit of a problem for our teen kids as it was not working half of the time…but we made the best of it. Thanks, Iris and Cristian!

This was our first time in Colombia therefore I wanted to make sure our stay did not disappoint. I read all the reviews prior to booking this property and I am so happy we eneded up staying here. Let me start by saying Iraida or Iris as she likes to be called is truly amazing. She has the apartment in excellent condition and she cooks! She gives you the option of telling her what you want her to cook, but we just told her to surprise us. She will buy the groceries if you would like and then you pay her for the groceries. She can make breakfast and lunch. We had both several days. Her food is to die for! She is so sweet and nice. She helps you in every way she can, whether it's helping you find someone to book a tour, massage, taxi, covid test, etc... The apartment it self is very clean, has a very nice view to the beach and pool. The pool is nice and you are at walking distance to the beach. Christian the owner was also very nice. He made sure everything was well situated prior to our arrival. He was genuinely concerned that our stay was the best! Overall I promise this apartment will not disappoint. If we ever go back to Cartagena we will definitely come back to Iris and her cooking.

A lot of modern touches with an amazing view of the ocean. Everything that you read in the reviews for this unit is spot on, except for one. Iris, the housekeep, is even more amazing than the reviews give her credit for. Her cooking is out of this world and she brings a joy to the place as she is doing things to prepare the meal and clean up the unit. Awesome trip and will be back soon. She is always humming or singing and you can tell she is smiling even though she is always wearing a mask. She’s an absolute gem.

Amazing getaway; Paradise
The stay was amazing! The view and condo was immaculate. Irida was soooo sweet and her food was tasty. My friends returned back to New York stating they wish they were back in Columbia in paradise. We felt like we were home!! Thanks for the opportunity to stay at your beautiful retreat.

The property is so convenient to airport, one flight of stairs to the pools, a few more steps to the ocean, and the balcony! Oh the balcony! And the hammock! And the housekeeper! Iraida is a gem. The breakfasts she made for us were amazing. She even washed/dried folded our stuff without being asked.
The master has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two full beds we moved together. And the third has to bunk-ish beds that would be great for kids and sufficed for adults but nothing easily connected.
Only modest issue: wifi slow and a little spotty. Could be an issue if you had an important Zoom. Definitely not up to US standard. But we made do pretty well. And I read two actual books!

Especially during Covid, allow LOTS AND LOTS of time for airport departure. It’s as if the Colombian is trying to leave you with the worst possible feeling after a wonderfully relaxing few days. Be sure to find out well in advance what you’ll need — ideally with access to a printer, although American’s VERIFLY app, which is no fun, eventually got the job done, but only because one of our group was good at modifying a PDF file on his laptop and from there to his phone. “You don’t want to know.”

Wonderful stay in Cartagena!
This is the place to stay in Cartagena. Beautiful apartment, super clean and Iraida keeps it that way. Yes it is about 15 minutes by taxi to the Walled City but the location is fantastic. Beautiful beach and pool and Iraida is the best. Her food is SO good! Very easy to get taxis right out front. Uber never was really an option. Also, only 5 minutes from the airport. When you come, eat at La Mulata. Their coconut lemonade is the best. And make reservations ahead of time for sunset at Cafe del Mar. Definitely a must. Also highly recommend a day trip to Blue Apple Beach House. We used Cartagena Connections for a few tours and they were great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was very relaxing, beautiful views, and Iris cooked amazing food! Our son also adored Iris as did we! The pool was perfect for our child and the sunsets were beautiful!
