During our stay the grounds were very quiet, we cooked in most of our meals so it was nice to have a fully functioning kitchen! Bathroom is outstanding and it’s decoration and size of the shower. We did not use the upstairs but did take a look and felt that if we had company with us that would’ve been a great spot for kids or grandkids. All together, it was very easy to find our way around and eat our home-cooked meals on the patio! Great place and definitely a go to in the future!

It could use some new seating in the main living room as the sofa is supported by plywood. The dining table seen in the pictures is no longer there making enjoying meals together a bit of a challenge. The spa was wonderful. The kitchen really needs an organizational effort, it's really messy in the cabinets. Needing to cook our meals due to Covid made finding things a bit of a puzzle, it had what I needed, I just had to hunt for it and play a game of Jenga putting things away.

We had a great time here! Our kids loved the loft. Hot tub was nice to soak in and then coming in to cozy up to the fireplace was lovely. Close to lots of food choices and short drive to Tahoe city and other parts of Tahoe.

The place is really nice and in a good area. Although the hot tub was a little green and there were some ants in the spice cabinet and the propane adaptor leaks it was a wonderful place.

The cabin was cute and clean! It's a townhome but still feels private. Place looks just like the pictures and came stocked with all the kitchen goodies: seasonings and appliances.

Still, it’s ample for 3 adults or a family with 2-3 children. Hot tub is a plus, but water was a bit cloudy for us so we passed. We were pleased with the staples in the pantry and ’fridge left by other guests. Was a great October retreat from COVID, and walking at the lakefront was beautiful. Enjoyed the gas fireplace daily and nightly, as we chatted, read books, and did video and music projects on our computers. Would stay again!

Awesome place for a weekend getaway!

Great little place for a family of 5. Loved the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. Appreciated the fact that we were able to wash a few loads before heading back home. Close to the main town. Thank you!

This was a nice home away from home. Spotlessly clean, all the amenities we needed, comfortable beds, super easy to get in and out. We will definitely stay there again.

This cabin was perfect for our family of 4 on a weekend ski trip. There is a bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and a full, newly remodeled bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Also downstairs is a tight but sufficient kitchen and living room. It had everything we needed for cooking in. Upstairs there is a large loft with a bunk bed and a full bathroom with W/D in it. Upstairs is quite roomy. The hot tub was an added bonus, although it wasn’t on when we got there and took almost 18 hours to heat up enough that we could use it. Still a nice addition. And it is only 3 blocks or so from Diamond peak which was super convenient. Other than a few small maintenance issues, my only complaint is that the front door is right by the stairs and in a kind of narrow hallway. With boots and snow gear, it got very congested coming in and out. Not a big deal. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

This is a very quiet complex. The unit was stylish, has a well stocked kitchen, and overall very comfortable. Great roomy bathrooms, especially in the loft. This will be a yearly rental for our family going forward.

Had trouble with the door code when checking in. Had to call for a new one. Excellent walking location for the class we were taking at Sierra Nevada college Really appreciated the ready to use jacuzzi!!!

I love using VRBO. The only complaint that we had was there was no A/C. The unit had all the stuff for A/C but it was not hooked up. This is kind of a must for my family. The property was clean. Hot tub was wonderful after long day at softball game. The property was great for our family size. Was close to lake beach locations. Location was very close to food and entertainment. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

The smoke detector was chirping on arrival - contacted the owner per the instructions. No response. But later found out she didn’t have access till Tuesday. Husband was able to reset the alarm. Bathroom water pressure was a little low upstairs. But loved how clean everything was. Kids liked the loft and bunk beds.

I came here with my husband and son for a last minute ski vacation where we skied at Mount Rose (about 20 minutes away). The property was very clean and had recently been completely remodeled. I booked it because it had a private hot tub, which started out as a Not Tub, then became a LukeWarm Tub, and after two days of heating finally moved up to Mostly Hot Tub category. The second and final night we were there, we enjoyed it, but it never got really hot where you go "ah!" when you first dip in a toe. The kitchen was really good with tons of pots and pans, almost everything to cook all your meals (of course bring your own food) and a nice big Raley's down the road. There are items like oil, cooking sprays, seasonings and herbs, a few decently sharp knives and a few dull ones, lots of cooking utensils, and a good range (electric). Though lots of good cooking pots and baking sheets, the Teflon coated frying pans were rickety and scratched at the time of this review. But they still worked and we made do with them. The loft upstairs with the bunk bed will sleep two adults, or 3 little kids, and we found a cot in the closet up there for another person. The bathrooms were very clean and beautiful. The master bedroom downstairs was small and dark and the bed was a little hard, but I am used to my princess bed at home so I'm sure most people would think it's okay. Overall I really liked this place, but though responsive, the management company was a little slacking. For example, we wanted to turn on the gas fireplace and the remote didn't work. We called the management company and they sent out someone to show us how to open the grate below and turn it on manually. We asked the guy if the grill is working, and he said it was, but we stupidly didn't check it. When we went to use it that night to grill our steaks, it was out of gas. One other issue that bothered me a little was the lighting in the unit. The kitchen didn't have enough lighting installed (not the management's fault), so it was a little dark for cooking, especially over the stove in that the light bulbs in the microwave above the stove were burned out (the management's fault). The bathrooms were a little dark too with burned out light bulbs and not enough light fixtures. For the management or the owner, I would recommend they leave instructions on how to use all the devices, such as the hot tub, remote controls for the TV and music, and fireplace. But overall a decent unit.

Snow and family fun

We enjoyed our stay in this nicely renovated loft type condo. The loft was a perfect space for our kindergarten aged child. The main room/kitchen space allowed a nice flow to play games, puzzle making, snacking and preparing meals. The only minor concern was that many of the light bulbs were burnt out or fixtures were not working. With that being said, we would definitely re-book this property in the future. And the hot tub was fun to sit in during the snow storm.

The sun-filled townhome is in a great location (not too hilly). It has nice appliances and furniture, and is decorated with character. The hot tub is lovely and the new bathrooms are a treat. Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay.
