Super clean room, perfect breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, good restaurants nearby.

We stated that we need to provide parking, but according to the information at the reception, the parking space is shared with another object and cannot be reserved. So we had to park in front of the hotel and of course the company car got scraped. The rooms face either the street or the inner block where there are restaurants belonging to the hotel. Music from restaurants can be heard in the room. At the same time, despite the fact that the air conditioning was turned off, an unpleasant hum could be heard, apparently due to the ventilation.

New facility. Very comfortable and well appointed. The staff were all amazing. The food courtyard was a plus to grab a bite without having to head out.

Enjoyed everything about it.

The shower drain in the rooms have a desing mistake, the water does not drain enough fast. The soap dispenser is not working well always, propose to check it, not only fill up.

pool was closed and no information was given. Parking was a bit painful since you had to validate ticket everytime you drove in/out even with prepaid upon arrival. Reception was not friendly and didnt provide much help. Some examples: couldnt tell if spa / massage was open or provide help with schedule time. They ask ud to try and go there and check every day. We asked if it was possible to get an extra bed for our son who wasnt feeling well. Not possible even we wanted to pay for it. They could not promise cleaning of our room even though it was part of our price. The ventilation / aircondition wasnt working and it was very hot in the room + no windows to open. Bed was super hard. No rooms had toiletbrush.

The property benefits from a good location and is very clean. Beds are super comfortable and breakfast is excellent.

All Polish staff were lovely and attentive - however the Ukrainian lady who checked us in seemed to have a problem with working there. She wasn’t very pleasant and it wasn’t a positive experience.

New hotel; as you would expect, everything was immaculate.

Hotel continue to advertise pool and spa however it has not been available since the pandemic. The hotel staff shrugged their shoulders stating it's the advertiser's issue (booking.com) and not theirs to resolve. Booking.com say it's the hotel. Feel massively misled and conned. We didn't want to let it ruin our stay but it's a real shameful way for both parties to behave about misleading adverts. The staff were good and helpful and the property was very nice indeed, including the breakfast and restaurant options. By not telling us that the pool was empty was a huge disappointment and both Hampton by Hilton and booking.com are batting me to each other and so far getting away with false advertising.
