The first week there were four of us adults and the second week my husband and I were alone. The apartment was very nice and spacious. The pool had warm water. We had a great time, although it was a pity that the weather was too warm 25-29 degrees, even at night more than 20 degrees. There was no air conditioning, so sleeping at night was often difficult. During the day, it was necessary to keep the windows darkened, and there was no joy of the wonderful scenery. Upstairs would have had a great view of the sea and the mountains. You could not see any scenery from on the other side of the house where the swimming pool was.

The house had camera surveillance, where the cameras could be hidden, however. We asked if we could use the alarm system, but we were not given a device to turn off the alarm. We were also surprised that we couldn't find any smoke alarms in the house. When we asked about it, the woman who took care of cleaning the house showed a device that looked like a fire alarm lying hidden on top of the upper cupboard in the kitchen, which in our closer investigation looked dead. Maybe in Spain it is not necessary to have fire alarms in apartments. Generally, according to the guest book, travelers only stayed in this apartment for a week, and the cleaner did not need to do weekly cleanings and bed linen changes. It seemed that Mirjam was surprised that we stayed for another week. After a week, we started asking for bed sheets to be changed and e.g. toilet paper. Everything had to be asked for, but when we asked, we got them.

The location was fantastic, we were so close to town.

Our family with 3 small kids enjoyed staying in the Las Nieves villa a lot. There was enough room for everyone, plenty of bathrooms, large and well-equipped kitchen and a nice outdoor area. As parents, we especially liked that the pool was separated with glass panels and a locked gate: great for security. We also really liked the location: quiet village but still close to fish restaurants and the beach. Also great: quick and helpful communication with the accommodation manager Miriam.
