Good service from the host, location is close to the beach and the property is clean.

The unit was very clean and had lovely outlook from the living room. I was concerned with there not being any air con but there was a lovely breeze when we stayed and we used the ceiling fans. The lady who let us in was just lovely.

The road traffic heard from the main bedroom at night was sometimes loud but couldn't be heard from the loungeroom.

Great location. Nice natural light and sea breezes. Very clean. Excellent service. I would stay there again and would recommend this place to others.

The ceiling fans are good but needs aircon and double glazed windows to block out the heat and noise from the street.

The host was exceptionally friendly and professional, I had arrived earlier than planned but was very accommodating came to meet me and handed over keys to me. The was was cleaned and very welcoming.

unfortunately we didn’t have a smart tv so couldn’t watch movies . wouldn’t have matter if it was sunny 🌞 but we had 4 days of rain..

The hosts are nice and came by quickly to hand over the keys. Inside the unit itself is beautiful and comfortable. Very near to the beaches but be prepare it can be hilly when you walk back to your apartment, so not suggested for elderly. It has most of the amenities you will need.

The parking was misleading, it said 'Free parking is available at Kings Beach Retreat', but when we got there we were told there is only street parking which we never would have booked the property if they do not include secured parking. The keys entering the building does not work properly and it takes minutes to open each time. The lift feels like it will break down at any time and there will be no one to rescue you. Make sure you bring your phone. The building itself is old and dark inside, it is not a property you should stay if you wish to go out/return after dark, there is no lights at the entrance and inside there are no lights to each floors. There is NO air-conditioning in the apartment, although it wasn't advertised in the facilities, but I do not remember when it was the last time we stayed anywhere where it had no air-conditioning. I am personally not a fan person as it gives me a headache but it does have a lot of ceiling fans if you like them. Noise throughout the day is unavoidable and acceptable, however, after midnight there are noises from young people swearing, yelling and running around outside of the property, again unavoidable as they might be having some long weekend's fun. But throughout the day, the people in the unit next to us are yelling and arguing, the property underneath are drilling and doing some kind of renovation. We had to change our plans and leave the apartment to avoid the disturbance. However the neighbors you see in person are friendly! Overall cleanliness of the unit is good, but be prepared to sharing amenities like shampoo, sponges.. with other people. I suggest to at least provide a new dishwash sponge for each stay, we have left our new one there. Due to the building itself and the single lock entering our unit. We did not feel safe staying here, considering the amount of money we paid, we would properly stay at a resort next time with better safety features.

Beautiful apartment, loved the decor, very spacious with a little deck outside. Would definitely stay again. Close to the pub and the beach.
