Clean, neat, great location, easy to communicate with owner about check in/check out.

It’s nicely decorated and very clean, in an older building but only about 150 metres from the beach. And all of Cronulla is a short stroll away.
There are a lot of units squeezed in the same area and it was a little noisy at night

Location was great. It was nice and warm in the unit despite a particularly nasty patch of weather we were going through. The convection cooker was state of the art and worked well. Good crockery and cutlery/utensils.
As described above absolute PAUCITY of amenities: (there were 2 English breakfast tea bags 1 sad little dishwasher cube, bottom of the barrel volume of dishwashing liquid, no washing machine laundry detergent, no soap, 1 tube of something in the bathroom--nothing had been replenished apparently from the last customers).
The water pressure was definitely not great in the shower, and the towels were very rough (Woolworths el cheapos), no face cloths, about 3 sheets of tissue in a single box. We had to buy some more tissues as one of our party began to sneeze a lot while we were there.

The unit was easy to access, spacious, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Great location, nice and quiet. Very comfortable beds. We'd loved to have stayed longer! Thanks for letting us stay.
