Das Haus zu einem 10.000 m2 großen Landgut mit Olivenhainen und Weinbergen. Das Schwimmbad liegt 20 m entfernt und steht zur gemeinsamen Benutzung mit dem Besitzer zur Verfügung.
Ein gut gepflegter Garten zur privaten Benutzung umgibt das Haus. Casa Lucia erstreckt sich über 2 Ebenen, jede mit Zugang nach außen. Komfortable Einrichtung.
Die günstige Lage des Hauses bietet die Möglichkeit die Ruhe des Landes zu genießen und gleichzeitig die malerischen Dörfer des Chianti Classico Gebiets (Castellina, Radda, Greve, Gaiole, Panzano, usw) zu besichtigen.
Zur Verfügung der Gäste: großer Außenbereich mit ausgestattetem Garten (Tisch und Stühle) für angenehme Abendessen im Freien, Panoramapool zur Mitbenutzung (13 x 6 m - Mindesttiefe 1,3 m – Höchsttiefe 2,1 m – geöffnet vom 01/06 bis 30/09), Außendusche (Kaltwasser), gemauerter Grill. Parkplatz.

Unterer Stock: Doppelzimmer, Zweibettzimmer (die Betten können auf Anfrage zusammen gestellt werden) Bad mit Dusche, Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett.

Beautifully kept accommodation with a stunning location and a most genial and helpful host “Stefano”. Nice welcome pack with the owners family wine and olive oil. Great recommendations for local restaurants and for best ways to visit Florence and Sienna. Perfect location to tour all around this region of Tuscany and take in the full historic experience. Definitely expect to return here again. Thanks Stefano!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Lucia. The views from the cottage are breathtaking and the pool was lovely. Stefano responded to all of our inquiries and helped us figure out where to go and ways to get there. The cottage is literally in the middle of Florence and Siena and we visited both places. The cottage was super clean and nicely furnished, it was the perfect space for the 3 of us. Stefano provided us with a welcome basket of snacks and his family’s wine which we really needed after a long day of travel and arriving late. Stefano also gave us a bottle of his family’s olive oil which we brought home and tried the other day and it is very good. It was a very relaxing place and quiet with the occasional rooster call from the valley below . If you have a chance to stay here do not hesitate! We will be coming back.

This property is all about the spectacular panoramic views you get: from the kitchen, the living room, bedrooms, to the pool: absolutely stunning views everywhere. Pool is large and well maintained, house is clean and has everything you need, wifi OK, airco in the living areas. But no airco in the bedrooms, which at almost 40° like we had all week, requires the sunshades to be left closed all day to keep the heat out. So if you want to wake up to that gorgeous view: remember to open them before going to sleep.
Access to the property by car can be challenging: very steep gravel road, even our SUV struggled to get up the road. The small town of Tavarnelle is only 1km away with a supermarket, restaurants, bakery, everything you need. Vespa rental also available there (a must!). Florence, Siena: all within 30min of driving. Abundance of vineyards and wine tasting in the region. The area is a bikers dream (but you better be in good shape, the hills are tasty).
Owner speaks english, is very friendly and helpful, you share the pool with them but they are very discreet, they only used it while we were out.
Only regret: we totally forgot about the olive oil and bottle of wine we received at arrival... I guess we'll have to come back one day to finally taste what they produce...

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa with spectacular views! A perfect place to relax and unwind. The villa had everything we needed, a great pool and close to the local town. A perfect location to explore Tuscany and also spend lazy days. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, and it was lovely to receive the welcome pack and bottle of wine! We had a fabulous holiday and did not want to leave! Would highly recommend!
