Unser luxuriöses Strandhaus verfügt über fünf Schlafzimmer, fünfeinhalb Badezimmer und einen privaten 5 'X 15' Splash Pool mit Blick auf den Strand. Das Haus verfügt über ein gehobenes großes Wohnzimmer, Granit-Arbeitsplatten in der Küche mit Edelstahlgeräten und im zweiten und dritten Stock über Holzböden. Dieses Haus verfügt über 40 'breite Balkone mit Blick auf das glitzernde Wasser des Golfs auf jeder Ebene. Alle 3 Außenebenen bieten Sitzgelegenheiten und Restaurants.
Treten Sie ein in dieses geräumige Haus, um Hartholz- und Travertinböden, Granit-Arbeitsplatten und Edelstahlgeräte zu entdecken. The location and layout of the rental was perfect for us. The balconies were great. We were very disappointed with the decor and furnishings. It was drab and did not feel like we were at the beach when we were inside, except for the master suite. The cleanliness was also below our expectations. The staff was professional and responsive. Get rid of the chipped dishes.

The easy access to the beach was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool far more than we thought we would. It was so refreshing after a day at the beach.We would absolutely stay here again!!

House was lovely. Working with Frangista Beach Properties is always a pleasure. Hector is the best. Professional, pleasant and always helpful. All of my concerns or maintenance issues were addressed promptly. This property is as advertised and it definitely has a million dollar view. I do think it could use some updating inside and out. The beds were very comfortable. Patio furniture could be more comfortable. The access to the beach is perfect. The property is close to restaurants, shopping and everything you would need.

Frangista Encore is a perfect place for making memories. Our family was able to gather on the balconies, and in common areas for together time. Sleeping was comfortable with private bathrooms for each bedroom. The house was fully equipped and everything was in working order. The best part is the perfect location on the beach, with the surf asyour neighbor. It is walkable distance to restaurants, a coffee shop, a winery, ice cream, beach shops etc. The house is perfect for reunions and celebrations.

We enjoyed staying at this property. We hope to be back! We had plenty of space and the views were incredible! The only downfall was that the community pool was only up and running 2 of the 7 days of our stay.

We did make the mistake of going during spring break where they were lots of college kids. Beaches were super crowded and the crowds were a little more rowdy than I would’ve liked. At times at night you could hear loud screaming and music. The house did have a leak and needed a good deep clean. The community pool was not warm at all. That was disappointing. We did pay extra to have the pool at the house heated. I would say it’s more like a large hot tub than a pool. It was very warm and enjoyable.

Everything was very nice. It worked well for our family with the layout of the house. The heater in the community pool was broken when we arrived but was fixed by day 4. That is a big draw for our family at this time of year. Thanks for getting it fixed.

We had an incredible time. Eight family members, from 3 different areas of the U.S., met at this beautiful home to catch up and make some new memories! This piece of paradise was everything it was described as being. It really is as amazing as the pictures portray! We ate fresh fish every day at wonderful beachside restaurants! Everyone I worked with, to make this happen, were so personable and extremely helpful! We will return! I have passed the house information to other family and friends!

The home was very roomy with 4 king size beds and each of the three floors had a large outdoor balcony that spanned the width of the home facing the beach. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, Pots and pans and small appliances which makes cooking in for the family very convenient. I would recommend staying in this home.

Beautiful home on the most gorgeous beach
The home was very roomy with 4 king size beds and each of the three floors had a large outdoor balcony that spanned the width of the home facing the beach. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, Pots and pans and small appliances which makes cooking in for the family very convenient. I would recommend staying in this home.

We had an amazing family vacation(13 in all) with ages ranging from 1 1/2 to 90! The layout of the home was perfect for our needs and I cannot imagine it would not be perfect for all those who book here.
The rooms were plenty big with room for all of us to be together at any given time. I was a bit worried the family room on the main level would be too small to accommodate us all but the size exceeded my expectations.
The home is in need of some major work- exterior and interior painting; new steps leading to the beach; a DEEP clean; and some new or repaired accent furniture. For the high price we paid, sometimes the little things (new or clean door mats; new blender- it smelled as if it was going to burn out; more kitchen towels for example) would make a big impression and difference.
The management staff is extremely responsive and went out their way to accommodate us the day we arrived. They also responded to our few inquiries within minutes!!
The beach and ocean were amazing and feet from the house. It was so very convenient and simple enough to even run back to the house just to grab a bottle of water.
We did try to go out to dinner to Pompano Joes arriving at 5:00 pm and there was already a 2 hour wait so beware of this if you go.
The only suggestion we would have is for the company that sets up the umbrellas is to stagger them a bit as it was very difficult to walk in- between them as they were in a straight row literally touching your neighbors.
All in all we had a perfect week including weather!

We were over all satisfied with the Encore but felt that it needs some TLC considering the price that we paid for this rental. For the sake of reference, we have stayed in 8 rental properties in the Destin area over the last 13 years. All of the issues with the house were minor such as the bunk bed screws were loose, doors to outside balconies would not stay closed, broken arm chair in dining room, kitchen faucet was loose/broken and hard to turn on/off, gate to beach stairs latch was broken, master bath shower did not drain properly, broken light switch in bunk room, mold on shower's grout, large window in kitchen leaked when it rained, outside stairs to beach need repair and the house was not very clean when we arrived (found trash, sand and clothing under beds). On the positive side this house has an exceptional floor plan with each bedroom having it's own bath and the location is great. The views from this house were stunning. All and all we had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay at the Encore.

This spacious, well appointed house had everything we needed; fully stocked kitchen, 2 smaller fridges (one in kitchen, 2nd on lower level next to ice maker behind closet doors), beach /pool towels, washer/dryer, and comfortable furnishings inside and out. We saw dolphins swimming in the crystal clear waters a few times from the main floor deck. Private beach access and chair/umbrella service are invaluable, and contribute to the laid back relaxing vibe. Oh, and Dairy Queen is a 4 minute walk from the house on those nights your sweet tooth is calling. Knowing that Hector at Frangista Beach Properties is a call away in case an issue arises seals the deal. Can’t wait to return!

This spacious, well appointed house had everything we needed; fully stocked kitchen, 2 smaller fridges (one in kitchen, 2nd on lower level next to ice maker behind closet doors), beach /pool towels, washer/dryer, and comfortable furnishings inside and out. We saw dolphins swimming in the crystal clear waters a few times from the main floor deck. Private beach access and chair/umbrella service are invaluable, and contribute to the laid back relaxing vibe. We stayed in the Encore which is a very lovely home with a million dollar beachfront view. The home was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had a few minor hiccups that were answered quickly by Frangista, who were a text away and answered and resolved within minutes.
The pool had an issue with heating which Frangista was ready to fix. As a second thought we decided not to move forward with the heating and our fee was immediately refunded. The pool was under cover and during warmer months we are sure the shade is a welcomed relief. Personally we all like a pool in the sun.
Be mindful that during the off season many homes are under renovations and it can be a bit noisy starting at 7-7:30am. My husband and I are early risers but our other couple were awake earlier than usual. Not a deal breaker for sure but something to take into consideration.
We met William, the Frangista and area developer, and he was a delight to talk to as he told us some of the area history.
We have the Pink Pearl waiting for us in May and cannot wait to return to this lovely area!

You can stop looking this is paradise!
We have been vacationing in this area for seven years and never found a place we would really like to rebook until now. Frangista Encore has great service, very clean home, and the beach was remarkable! We most definitely will be back to this home.
