Well appointed apartment a short walk from the old town. Host was very easy to communicate with via Whatsapp.

Shower was a challenge as sometimes the water flowed through the main shower head while at other times, it came through the handheld shower head which doesn't stay in it's holder.

Close to everything you need. Conad next door. The sea a short walk away. Dishwasher and washing machine. We'd come back again if we find ourselves in Alghero in the future. Easy going owner.

Clean, comfortable, great shower, good food prep facilities, microwave, coffee maker, wash machine and dish washer. Very good and important beach and restaurant suggestions from Alessandro. comfortable beds, safe parking. Top place to stay.

Very nice modern apartment, well equipped with everything you might need even with small kid. Quiet area but, there is grocery shop and restaurants around and walking distance to the historic centre and also Maria Pia beach. Communication with Silvia and Alessandro was quick and helpful.

- A location (circa 2-3 min. to the boulevard, restaurants, car rentals and roughly 10min by walk to the old city centre - An elevator (convenient for families with strollers since this apartment is on the 2nd floor) - The facilities (every single kitchen/bathroom equipment was there, even the toys for children, clearly the flat must had had been recently renewed) - The supermarket (on the opposite side of the street, there is Conad, sort of a smaller Auchan/Kaufland) - A great value for price (there were no extra costs included)

- The mattress in the bedroom could have been firmer/harder, however everyone has their individual preference - I could not figure out how to use a hand shower instead of the rain shower, which would be useful when rinsing the sand off the children - The bidet faucet next to the toilet was coming off the wall due to the water pressure when left turned on, it should be attached to the wall a little better

We traveled as a family and this flat was just as we needed. Nicely furbished and modern flat with great balcony, close to shop, close to the beach and not to far from the historic center. Host was very helpful and flexible. Great experience.
