House was perfect for our little ski vacation family of 4. It was very conveniently located to get to either vail village or lionheads village and we liked that we could either take the highway or frontage road as the hwy (vail pass) was at times closed due to conditions. We did not make use of the shuttle only because it snowed the entire time we were there so preferred to drive. However, shuttle stop was close by and we saw shuttles continually running. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. They did have people come plow the driveway every day. As previous reviewers have stated, another curtain or blinds would be preferable at least for the bathroom. We initally believed the pull down see through shade allowed us to see out but not for someone to see in. However, that is not the case during the evenings. Thanks for a great stay!

It's a very nice and cute place to stay and enjoy your time with family, The location is quiet with an amazing view of the mountains. Very nice and well organised from the inside kitchen with all asirtiments and outside, cozy and cute to stay for the family 2+2.The only thing that I could suggest to take UNDER consideration is to change to 'not see through CURTAINS', especially in the bathroom. We have to hang on the window extra towel during the bathroom time to not feel like a fish in a tank.

What an amazing place this is. My husband and I stayed here with our two girls (2&8). We had the vacation of a lifetime here. The hot tub out on the deck is the best part about this place. We spent a lot of time in it and enjoyed it so much. All the appliances worked fabulously and the place was extremely clean and tidy. I loved the coziness of the fireplace and we also enjoyed the bedrooms having TV’s and extra fans stored in the closets. My only thing I can complain about or recommend is having a King size bed in the master and not a Queen. Even with that, I give this place a 5 star! It was incredible and absolutely worth it.

house was perfect

This really is a cute house - it’s small but was plenty big enough for me. It was perfectly clean and the beds were very comfortable. It’s very nice to have the privacy of a house, rather than sharing walls with your neighbors as one does in a typical condo building. The spacious deck has a tremendous view of forested mountainsides and sky - it’s a great spot to watch the drama of the weather. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the appliances are of excellent quality. All in all it’s a great place, but I did feel it fell short if perfection in a couple of ways. First, the proximity of both I-70 and Bighorn Rd makes for a lot of traffic noise, especially during the day. Second, there are no curtains on any of the windows - just transparent roller shades, so it!s a bit like being in a fishbowl. For an exhibitionist, it would be a dream come true, but I felt uncomfortable, and had to resort to hanging towels and sheets on the windows for privacy.
There us one other, more important thing that needs to be addressed. There is a large patch of poison hemlock behind the house, right next to the deck. These plants are extremely toxic: ingestion of even a tiny amount can cause a fatal respiratory paralysis. Their presence so close to the house is a real danger, particularly if there are children playing around who might accidentally come in contact with them. They need to be removed.

We had a great stay in Vail. This home was a perfect spot for our family. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked to cook and enjoy meals on the porch. The bus stop was close to come and go to Vail and hikes easily. My only suggestion would be to add some type of screen to the doors in the master bedroom to allow for some more airflow during the summer evening.

This property was very nice. I would recommend to anyone. If going into to vail make sure you find the free parking otherwise it is expensive.

Peaceful
This property is about 5 minutes from the Vail Parking structure in a detached building--not a condo-type situation. Beautiful deck with private spa and a great view of the mountain. Perfect for 2.

Great VRBO
This was a great location. The back deck was excellent. The only 2 things I would improve are the blinds have no light blocking capability and the shower door does not keep water in the shower area. Otherwise this was a fabulous property with great upates.

Great Property
The property was comfortable and quite adequate. It was close to Vail and about a 20 minute drive to Copper. All in all, it was perfect for three or four people.
(it could use a large, non-stick frying pan with high sides - other than that, it was perfect!)

Hot tub was nice to have with a great view of the Gore Mountain Range. Only concern we had was the lack of A/C since it was over 80 during the day and felt hot at night. Windows and fans can only do so much. Other than the that, the place was just what we were looking for.

This house was very cute like the description says. Is it a little small but it was perfect for my just my husband and I. It would be great for a family of 4 since 1 of the bedrooms has two twin beds. The deck and the views were beautiful. The only negative thing I could say is that randomly on our last night the hot tub was acting up. The temp went down drastically to 70° and wasn't even heated up by the time we left the next morning. It worked the first few days we stayed so I'm not sure what happened. Other than that, the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful and I would definitely recommend this for a couple or small family.

The location was great for our Vail trip. We could easily take the shuttle bus to & from town. The condo worked out nicely for myself and two grown sons. Only negative - the hot tub never warmed up more than 55 degrees. I tried to contact support, but only received an emergency contact. Obviously this wasn’t an emergency, just disappointing to us.

This spot was perfect for 3-4 people. With a queen bed and two oversized twins, there was just enough space for myself and 2 other friends. The hot tub, while kind of tight, is perfect for those cold evenings after skiing the slopes from early in the morning. We did most of our cooking in the unit as there is plenty of cooking utensils and even some supplies left over from past visitors like coffee grounds and sugar. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again, only downside is it's not necessarily smack dab in the middle of VAIL but its SUPER close.

Overall this house was perfect for me and my son. The living space was comfortable, modern and clean, and the gas fireplace was a really nice touch. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, great porch with hot tub and wonderful Mountain views! The beds: there is a mattress topper on the bed in the main bedroom and although the mattress still feels firm, it was very comfortable. In the twin bedroom, my 6 foot tall son’s legs hung off the bed since it’s not XL, and he didn’t find the mattress comfortable. The slats on the other bed were broken so the whole top half of that mattress was falling into the floor- I made the property owners aware of this so it should be repaired. We only had two issues: the heat and lack of humidifiers. First the heat- don’t bother messing with the thermostat in the upstairs bathroom because the whole house seems to be controlled by the downstairs thermostat. If the heat is on, the house gets very hot and you need to open doors and windows. We had to shut the heat off one night, and on another night i experimented and put it down 55; both times we woke up to the house being about 55-58 degrees which felt a lot better than when the heat was on. In the main bedroom, I was leaving the window and the balcony door open. We were too busy to experiment more, but I would say try setting it at 60 and see if it keeps it warm but not hot. As for humidifiers- it’s so dry coming from the southeast that humidifiers are a must. I had texted them prior to our arrival asking confirmation that there were humidifiers and was told yes. On arrival there were none. It’s an easy texting service for maintenance isssues so I was told they’d get on it, but evidently there’s a shortage so it took longer to get one, though I was told the house is supposed to have two. I had to ask a few times for the second one (one is not enough) and they brought it over our last day there (she did explain they were still hard to find!) and unfortunately this one leaked. The washer and dryer in the upstairs bathroom works well, except for the finicky start on the dryer. Regardless, I still HIGHLY recommend this property and would absolutely stay there again! The property managers were very responsive and helpful. We had a car but most days chose to take the bus to the village which is a very short walk to the main road (1-2 minutes).

Great place that is super close to the slopes. Nice clean kitchen and fridge. The hot tub is a bit tight for more than two people. My only issue was the thermostat was set to a sweltering 75 but I’m positive it was more like 90 degrees. We couldn’t figure out how to override the settings and eventually the scheduled temperature went down but the first night was like an oven. If you’re looking for a private house close to the mountain this is perfect for a small group of friends or a family. It’s much more reasonably priced compared to vail village and you can catch a shuttle at the end of the driveway if you didn’t rent a car.

Perfect setting and location
The house was clean, well maintained, and supplied with everything we needed. It was well located to hiking and walking trails. The deck was perfect for reading, relaxing, eating, etc. and with a perfect view. Great escape from Denver and perfect for trying to stay socially distanced. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a fantastic property for a family of 4-6. We went adventuring all over the area with our 5 & 7 year old daughters. We mostly went hiking in Frisco and Breckenridge
