Dieses 5-BR, 4-BA Waterfront Townhome in Point Venture mit 3 Lakeside Decks und einem privaten Bootsanleger am wunderschönen Lake Travis ist der ideale Rückzugsort für Familien und Freunde. Es bietet bequem Platz für 12 Personen in 3 Master-Suiten mit Kingsize-Betten, 1 Queensize-Schlafzimmer, 1 Zimmer mit Ausziehbetten und einem Queensize-Schlafsofa. Wir akzeptieren bis zu 15 Gäste mit einem Aufpreis von mehr als 12 Gästen. Ein einladendes Dekor, das zum Wohnen am See und zum Spaß für die ganze Familie beiträgt, umfasst Internetzugang, 5 Kabel-TVs (einschließlich eines 55-Zoll-HDTV- und Blu-ray-Players mit Surround-Sound auf der Hauptebene sowie HDTV, DVD, VHS und Nintendo der alten Schule im Erdgeschoss) -ausgestattete Küche und Hauswirtschaftsraum, ein Spielzimmer mit Tischtennisplatte und zahlreichen Brettspielen, Holzkamin und Gasgrill.

We had an excellent time staying here. The home was perfect for our needs. It was well stocked and very clean. The park was beautiful. We loved hanging out at both the dock and at the beach. The restaurant in the neighborhood was a great experience (kids got to feed giant catfish) and had great food! Our only note is we did not quite expect the amount of stairs there would be leading down to the dock. My mother and father were not able to make the trek down. Thank you Ricki for a great experience!

The house and view of the lake were beautiful. We all enjoyed the ping pong and the pool down the street. The beds were comfortable, too.

This property was perfect for our family weekend at Lake Travis. The layout of the home is great for both quality together time and space to get away for downtime. The owners were great and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The location allows you to enjoy the beautiful nature of Lake Travis with all the modern conveniences.

Ideal location for a stay on Lake Travis.The hosts were welcoming and proactive, they even gave me a call when I booked to ensure I had all the information about what the place offered, water levels, and things to do around the area.The overall home was very clean, unfortunately since it was spring, there was tons of pollen on the outdoor uncovered areas - not their fault at all though.They provided enough toiletries for our entire group, and we loved that they had so much to do in the home. Ping Pong, outdoor dining, gas grill, coffee maker, comfortable seating, a collection of DVDs for us to watch, a stereo system.AC worked well and they provided extra fans. Beds were comfortable and they had TVs in most rooms.We came here with my wife and 6 other friends for my annual birthday and really enjoyed that the boat rental company and restaurant were steps away from our rental. The weather was perfect for a boat ride and swim.We will definitely come back and recommend this place to others!
