Amazing building. Huge apartment. Lots of space. Conveniently placed in front of the beach. Lots of great restaurants 10 minutes away by foot. But u had to walk through an area that had sewage water running on the street and the smell was horrendous. Other than that, great place and highly recommended.

The property looked like the photos - great pool and fine sand beach. Clean beach, and there was lots of security around. Restaurant next door will sell you drinks. Lots of chairs and umbrellas available at no charge. There were beach vendors, but everyone was very polite.
Management company was very responsive to questions, etc. Staff was friendly. We felt safe in the neighborhood and on the beach. We could walk to half a dozen restaurants, a couple of convenience stores, and a good small grocery store. You need to order water to be delivered. Ask at the desk.
The condo itself really needs some updating and refreshing. The kitchen is in serviceable but rough shape. There were chunks missing out of the lower cabinets, and watch out for the dishwasher door - it falls open and is heavy. Only 2 cycles worked on the dishwasher, but it got the job done. The condo only had the minimum of cups, dishes, etc. and no spices, dishwasher soap, etc. The kitchen was clean, and the appliances look pretty new.
Lighting is pretty dim in the bathrooms, especially. Electricity is quite expensive there, so that may account for the tiny led lights.
There is a safe in the primary bedroom that works, and a tv in there. No tv in the other two bedrooms.
I think the unit may be for sale, and hopefully the new owner will do some refreshing. The size is great, our group of 5 had plenty of room. If you can overlook a few things, this is a good value and an awesome location.

Our stay was wonderful! The property was gorgeous, the pool was warm, and the weather was perfect. The view was worth every cent. A few things to note: the stove is not easy to light, you have to use a lighter. Also, the door handle/lock was very fidgety. Took us multiple tries to unlock the door to get in (you have to pull the door forwards and unlock). The pool hours are 8am-8pm which was a little disappointing, since we wanted to swim at night.
The surrounding neighborhood is very run down and has a horrible odor problem. There are plenty of stores, shops and markets to check out right around the property, however constant construction/Odor makes it hard to navigate. We highly recommend citrus, a restaurant nearby. This was collectively our favorite place to eat.
Overall this place was absolutely gorgeous, me and my family had a wonderful stay!

First and foremost, the people we met made the difference - everyone was truly engaged to help us have a great time. Ever day we were greeted with sincere smiles, holas, handshakes and cheer. The staff in and around the property were polite and genuine - it really made us feel welcome and enjoy our stay.
The beach front and access to the water was also really nice, there is a small shower to wash the sand off before returning in. Beach chairs, loungers, palm tree umbrellas were plentiful. The only part that should be addressed is there are remnants of a dock or structure in the water that would be easy for small ones to get on, sharp edges.
The condo itself is wonderful - it is huge inside, high ceilings, large rooms and comfortable beds. Everything is as listed in the description with the exception of some kitchen items. As the listing states, there is no food items left behind. No salt/pepper, sugar, no left-overs at all. If you plan to cook while there, you would need everything. There are 3 small stores within easy walking distance that can supply everything you might need. they too are super friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed at Costa Atlantica C302 for a month. Overall, the vacation was wonderful! It was all that we wanted: relaxation, sun, water, good food and drinks!
Pro:
The apartment's location is the best. You have the best view of the gorgeous pool and the beach. Sitting on the balcony with the breeze and your favorite drink was the best.
The staff at Costa Atlantica (who are not the one's we rented from- GoPuntaCana is the one you are renting from) were so very nice and helpful.
The staff from GoPuntaCana were very fast in responding to your needs.
The Costa Atlantica complex grounds are very well maintained and with security on the beach and street entrances.
The salt water pool is beautiful. One of the best pools to enjoy anytime of the day.
There are mini marts and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. We found the restaurants had extremely good service and quality of food. Our favorites were Citrus, La Bruja and Jellyfish.
Cons
The apartment needs much love and care. There are maintenance issues with walls and cabinets, furnishing and window treatments (take eye mask). It feels like it has been neglected for a little bit.
The air conditioning and hot water heater had issues that should have been resolved before we got there but eventually were resolved.
The location of Costa Atlantica complex is on roads with many needs. There are full of potholes and very little room for pedestrians to walk.

We have always gone to all inclusive resorts. In fact, we have stayed right down the beach at the Melia many times. We will never consider again! This condo was amazing. Our rental experience was so perfect, we have determined that all-inclusives are a waste of money. We stayed at this beautiful condo for 10 days with my husband, my sister and her husband and our single friend. We spent less than we would have for a week at an all inclusive, with the bonus of our spacious beautiful beach, a pool steps away and a wonderful view of the ocean while we sipped coffee on the patio! No rushing to secure chairs, no rushing to get coffee at the buffet before it closed, no rushing to find 5 spots together at the pool. Just lounging in bed, different restaurants every night (or leftovers, or simple homemade guac - I said NO COOKING and we held to that!). Grocery stores short walking distance away with many restaurant choices around the corner. We felt like we had a more interesting and dynamic vacation. The staff at the building could not have been more friendly and helpful, and when we had a small issue with the water cooler the response was quick and friendly! We will absolutely be back!

We stayed here for two weeks and had a fabulous time. We never tired of the ocean view or the sound of crashing waves nearby. The location was also ideal for walking to numerous tasty restaurants. Highly recommend this property with 3 bedrooms with their own private baths, along with an additional two more baths. It was an ideal rental with a super responsive management team. Don’t hesitate to stay here. You will love it.

We stayed 9 nights 10 days with our adult children. We had an excellent stay. The property was clean and well stocked. The pool and beach were beautiful!! The staff was very helpful and answered any questions we had. You are able to walk to the market and many restraunts!! We did have one issue in the middle of the night. We woke at 2am to a sink pipe that had ruptured and we had a lot of water on the condo floor. They had two maintenance people there within 10 minutes who fixed and cleaned up the mess. This could of happened to anyone so I am not faulting them for this. I was truly impressed in how the situation was handled!! We are definitely going to rent here in the future!!

We typically stay at all inclusive resorts for our vacations. This was our first experience doing a condo in a foreign country so it was an all new experience.
First, the rental company was amazing! They were extremely responsive and helpful with all of our questions. They had a guest app that was beyond thorough and worked extremely well. I would highly recommend Go Punta Cana Vacations!
Our condo was exactly as it was featured and pictured. It was spotless and huge! It did have some minor wear and tear but nothing major.
What we loved was a mid week cleaning was offered complimentary! This was a nice surprise and the cleaning was thorough. They even replenished toilet paper, paper towels and soaps .
Because we typically stay at all- inclusive resorts, we had a bit of a learning curve with getting around to the various restaurants.
Most are in walking distance but for others, Uber was always available and inexpensive. We learned the hard way the first couple of days using cabs. Uber is much cheaper!
We found food costs to be comparable to the US and restaurants were also in line with what we are used to at home.
I would recommend cooking breakfast and lunch in the condo and going out to the great restaurants for dinner.
The infrastructure in and around the condo building was poor and the street was flooded most days due to the poor drainage but easily managed by taking the beach or walking carefully around the flooded areas.
The building had 24-7 security which was nice and the security guards helped with luggage, groceries etc.
be sure to brush up on your Spanish as most don’t speak English very well. The translator app came in handy!
The beach vendors are also plentiful and very persistent. We did do a few tours that were offered and found them to be a good value and safe.
The condo had beach chairs and towels and even offered some Tommy Bahama beach chairs for us to use as well. The pool was very nice and cleaned regularly. Our kids met other kids staying at the building and had a ball all week. The islands tourists are all different nationalities so it was nice to see our kids interacting with kids from other cultures.
Unfortunately the week we were here, the beach was full of Seaweed. This is naturally occurring and can’t be helped but the staff worked hard each day to clean it up as best as they could. My understanding is the seaweed is not constant but comes in from time to time.

Our stay was fantastic. We were there for 5 days and enjoyed the property, amenities and location. It is within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. Everyone on site was nice and helpful; we really appreciated the around-the-clock security, though we felt safe walking everywhere, even at night. Communication with the on-site property manager and the host was excellent with very fast responses. We had no issues with the property. The only thing I warn about is that the mattresses are firm but we used the extra pillows provided for support. I am used to a very soft pillow top mattress but this was not anything to detract from the star rating. ☺️ We would definitely stay here again.

It was a great vacation. Only problem I encountered was the fact that people had glass bottles around the pool which is very dangerous should they break. No one enforced this rule which I found to be not acceptable. The other thing was the music. You should not be allowed to play your music around the pool. At times it seemed like a competition of who had the loudest music. This included music people playing loud music from their units as well. Other than this it was a great place to stay and the location was great. The main road could use a lot of improvement as it was hard to navigate going to the store but this is obviously not the fault of the condo owners.

Costa Atlantica was the perfect rental for our family vacation! We were absolutely thrilled with our decision to spend a week there while in Bavaro. The condo itself is beautiful and luxurious. With three bedrooms and more than three full bathrooms, it was incredibly spacious. Everything was perfectly clean, with fresh, new linens and plenty of extra towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances - everything you would need to eat and drink for days. The ceiling fans did a great job keeping the space cool; we didn't need to turn the AC on once. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony with a gorgeous view of the beach, drinking coffee in the morning, enjoying happy hour before dinner, and relaxing at night. The complex is very safe, with guards on staff at all times. It was lovely to be able to go back and forth between the beach and condo so easily. It is also within walking distances of many restaurants, bars, and stores in the town nearby. The pool was refreshing after and inbetween beach time. Little extras like beach chairs and a cooler came in handy.Transportation to and from the airport was very helpful, thanks to Ellen and Anny. They also helped by putting us in touch with a local excursion company so we were able to plan many fun outings. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!

If you are not interested in all-inclusive, you can't do much better than this. The location is perfect, close to 8 or more restaurants within walking distance and a small grocery store. The place was furnished with new furniture and appliances. Everything was immaculate. We really enjoyed our stay. We did have a hot water issue when the water heater stopped working. It wasn't the fault of the owner, but they took care of it quickly and seemlessly. i would rent from them again.

I stayed with my family of 5. The property is right on the beach with a beautiful view. 3 large rooms, each with a bathroom. Spacious living area and a very nice fully stocked kitchen. This property is a really nice alternative to staying in the all inclusive mass tourism hotels on the island. Management was very responsive and professional. They arranged the airport pick up by Felix. Felix speaks perfect English and essentially drove us everywhere and became our tour guide. Overall, very highly recommended.

We were there over Thanksgiving and we were able to have a traditional Turkey dinner that we shared with the security guard. We were very thankful that our daughter spoke Spanish. Simply amazing! Our family decided on Costa Atlantica A302 for our family vacation Feb 2017 and were extremely satisfied with our choice. The condo is beautiful! The three bedroom, 4.5 bathroom fit our family perfectly. We stayed for a week and had a hard time leaving. The property is located right on the beach with spectacular views that did not disappoint! The condo is wonderful as is the pool, and the staff at Go Punta Cana Real Estate is very helpful and professional. Unfortunately the property is located directly in front of the loading zone for several party boats and there is a pirate show adjacent to the property. The party boats load and unload all day with loud music booming and the pirate show runs 1-2 times a day and it is very loud as well. One night there was a party next door that lasted from midnight until 6am. It is unfortunate that this beautiful property is located in such a boisterous area. It is perpetual spring break with para sailing, jet skis, speed boats and party boats galore. They come directly onto the sand which makes it unsafe to snorkel or swim outside of 20 feet from the beach. There are beach chairs, towels, and coolers provided to take to the beach which is convenient if you don't mind the noise. If you are looking for quiet relaxing area, Bavaro Beach is not the place, even in this lovely condo.

The Condo was beautifully decorated with an amazing view, right on the beach. So much room in that condo made it very comfortable for us all! The rooms were clean and well kept. Shopping, dining, entertainment, and the rental office were all was in close proximity. My family had an amazing time, we were all happy. Couple of problems for me, no hot water, I called and they sent someone, but it wasn't fixed. Also, the dishes were not all clean.

This condo is perfect. It has everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation. Here are the positives:-great location next to restaurants and grocery store-long chairs to bring to the beach-nice pool-well equip kitchen-comfortable bedsThe negatives:-the clean up prior to our arrival could have been better, the floors were full of sand and dirty (not a big thing, my husband sweep and cleaned all the floors.On another note, lots of seaweeds in front but you can walk a bit further to get a nicer beach.Would I go back? Sure, nice location and the rental office staff from Punta Cana Real Estate , specifically Carla Green was really nice to deal with.Will not hesitate one second to deal with Punta Cana Real Estate againAlexandra Strickland

Great stay
It was a great vacation. Only problem I encountered was the fact that people had glass bottles around the pool which is very dangerous should they break. No one enforced this rule which I found to be not acceptable. The other thing was the music. You should not be allowed to play your music around the pool. At times it seemed like a competition of who had the loudest music. This included music people playing loud music from their units as well. Other than this it was a great place to stay and the location was great. The main road could use a lot of improvement as it was hard to navigate going to the store but this is obviously not the fault of the condo owners.

This is my 10th time visiting Punta Cana. Costa Atlantica is my favorite place to stay. Perfect location. The unit was very clean and has a perfect view of the pool and the beach. Many restaurants and shops are just a few steps away.

We found the large deck with ample seating and great ocean view to be a great place to spend our evenings playing games. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves.
Overall, despite the pandemic, we had a good time and felt very safe. Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful with a catch
This unit is gorgeous and well maintained, but the beach has issues. The seaweed is so bad that you can't swim in front of the condo, and the smell is unpleasant when the wind blows the wrong way. If you want a nice condo and a pool, then you'll be fine. But if you want to swim in the ocean, you'll have to hire a taxi to take you 30 km to a different beach.

It was a pleasure visiting the country
Everything was great renting the property but the only thing was just the fridge wasn’t working we didn’t notice till the next day after making groceries we waisted a lot of stuff other then that it’s a nice place to visit and have fun with friends and family’s

Fantastic!!!
This property is exactly as shown on line! The unit, 3 bedroom & 5 bathroom is very spacious & can easily accommodate 6 people. The location is perfect; with the pool in front (which we only used once, sadly) and the beach only 20 steps away, making our pre-breakfast swims extremely accessible! The beach is amazing, we walked an hour or two several times and didn't run out of sand. The shops near by (literally under 5 minutes to everything you need from food, booze, medicine, clothing and souvenirs) allowed us to purchase everything we needed for 2 weeks for 4 people. (we did go to Jumbo at the start of our trip but had no need to go again) Produce truck was 2 blocks away almost every day, beautiful produce at super prices! Water was very easy to get delivered, once we figured it out. Ivan, our day security man was wonderful, friendly, helpful & funny as anything! Our driver, Victor, was fantastic!!! Offered all the information we asked about including tours, excursions & local history!! The property manager was very accessible when we were in need. We all highly recommend this property! Thank you!!
