Randy's place is on the 2nd floor of a quintessential Ptown building in its lovely historic section. This means, it's close enough to "the action," but far away enough to be spared street noise. We did not hear noise from the apartment above or below, though that might have been because we visited in November. The apartment consists of a compact and EXTREMELY well-stocked kitchen. (Honestly, as a frequent renter on the Cape, I cannot remember a kitchen that's so well equipped. There are also two decent-sized bedrooms with queen beds and a separate, lovely living room that can be closed off by a door. There are windows on two walls, a fine TV, comfy couch and chairs + games, books and great WiFi. We spent a really nice rainy afternoon reading and knitting there. The only drawback to the place is the bathroom, which is functional, if small. This is not a place to bring 2 families. It's perfect for a couple who might like another bedroom for a brief visitor or, as we used it, to store our clothes and change. This is not party central, nor should it be. Randy is an excellent and communicative owner with reasonable requests. Above all, and I can't stress this enough, the place is CLEAN. I know how important that is in deciding whether to rent. But, considering the age of the building and the space of the bathroom, my husband and I were so impressed. One other thing, there's a parking space, but it's small. Bring a compact car - it's just easier overall in Ptown. Thank you, Randy, for a lovely stay.

Well kept, well maintained.....a perfect place to stay. This gem had everything that we needed to make the weekend perfect. The condo has everything-A fully equipped kitchen,the absolute best bath towels, a terrifc coffee maker and a great lil deck to hang out on.. Easy walk to downtown, across the street from a super lil restaurant, on site parking......... Absolutely awesome.... Thank You Randy :)

Well stocked condo with all essentials provided. Randy was a great host with frequent communications and fast responses. This is not a sleek and modern unit but rather a homey and quaint one.

Randy’s condo was great for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Location was perfect - easy walk to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive when we had questions. Everything else as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

Randy’s place is clean and comfortable. Just the seaside cottage we were looking for (albeit one the second floor of a three story house). Close to everything yet not in the busiest part of town. Perfect for our week long getaway.

This charming condo set the standard for Covid clean.. I arrived with Lysol, wipes and gloves. There was no need to use them... the new sheets and fluffy white towels were a delete..thank you

The condo was ideal for us. Very accomidating for our needs. A very short walk to galleries, restaurants and anything, anyone could want and need in Provincetown. A very clean and comfortable place with all the amenities and kitchen utensils available. The shower/tub was a bit small but we made it work. Randy was very responsive when contacted about our friends staying with us. If your looking for comfort, cleanliness and location this is the place. It's not a modern condo but we were OK with that. Our time there was about our relaxation and being with friends.

Although all the paperwork indicated information about accessing Wi-Fi, we were never able colocate the Missilry network indicated. We had 3 separate devices and this network was not available on any of them. I depend heavily on WiFi access as I always have work to do and so, this was a problem. It would also have been helpful to know that there were issues with the key which required quite a bit of playing to get it to work. At first I thought we were in the wrong place. Last, there were instructions to not leave any food behind but when we arrived there were 2 bags of chicken parts in one of the lower drawers of the refrigerator (moved to the freeze) and vegetables in the other. We took everything with us but I did not feel comfortable removing these items. When the place is inspected by the property manager, please do not blame us for these food items that still remain. The key has been returned as per instructions. Aside from these few things, it was perfectly situated for our purposes with plenty of hot water and a comfortable setting so many thanks for that.

We stayed for 6 nights as we were in Provincetown for a Wedding. We were not in the apartment very much which was fortunate as I would not stay here again because it was not particularly clean. I have emailed the owner with the details so perhaps this will be looked at for future guests as it is a shame when the location is so good.

Randy is a wonderful homeowner. The place was very comfortable and location perfect. He and his property manager were extremely responsive when there was an issue with the keys being operative. Our stay was wonderful!

Randy’s condo is located in a great location. It is steps away from Mussel Beach, Ptown Bikes, Boatslip and several restaurants. It is a short walk to Stop & Shop and a block from Commercial St. the condo is charming. Spacious rooms, comfortable furniture and a fully outfitted kitchen. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you Randy!

Clean, cozy apartment a quick walk from everywhere. And OMG what a fabulously equipped kitchen! Even this avid cook was happy.

First, let me say that this was my first time using home-away and the property owner was very helpful in walking me through the process and answering any questions we had. The location of the condo is perfect - close to everything - and there is a cozy, older restaurant just about across the street. We ate 2 breakfasts there and were very happy with the service. But you don't have to eat out if you don't want to as the condo is full stocked for all your cooking needs. Everything you could possibly need - including a blender and even a mixer. Great pots and pans and tons of dishes. We did not have to buy anything (dish soap, cleaning supplies) it was all there. The market is a short walk to get the items needed to make a breakfast or dinner. Sadly, the weather was not the best and we could not use the yard, nor the deck. There was a huge storm on the first night and the weather turned cold and rainy. But having the indoor space of the condo was great. We took advantage of the cozy living room and watched TV and read and just hung out. There are board games and dvds too. The unit itself is rustic/quaint - tons of original woodwork and beautiful doors. And of course there is the deer lamp in the kitchen - named "Todd". The bedrooms are a good size with lots of storage and comfortable beds. This leaves the bathroom - it is super old, tiny, and tight. It is sufficient, but could use some updating. But it was clean and adequate. The one thing that I want to mention and maybe the owner could put something in his listing about this: the parking is tight. There is parking for one car, but it really needs to be a smaller car - compact - my prius just fit into the space because the other rental space was occupied by a larger SVU. In order to leave space between my car and that one, I had to park only several inches from the garage. I had to exit via the passenger side. It was interesting to say the least. After they checked out, I was able to re-park and have enough space to exit the vehicle on the drivers side. But parking is a premium in ptown so I was glad to have a space. Overall, a nice rental. The value is very good too. Recommended.

Nothing fancy but Randy’s place is vintage cute, comfortable, and wonderfully located across from Muscle Beach & Liz’ Cafe. Quiet building, private grassy backyard, and fun hanging out on the deck watching the passing parade on Bradford. Great place to spend a very fun Carnival Week!

Randy's condo is in walking distance to everything wonderful in P-Town, AND it has a parking spot. Can't beat it! It's clean and well stocked, and the beds are comfortable. Bonus: Randy was wonderful and easy to work with.

Loved this place. A real find and a definite top-of-the-list place we'll return to. If you're looking for somewhere close to what's happening as well as a place to hang and relax, Randy's condo is for you. It's not modern and shiny but everything is in great condition and more than adequate. So glad we found this keeper!

Can't say enough about my stay. When a condo has better knives than I do at home and better cookware, I am impressed. While not on the water, the location could not be beat. Would stay there again without hesitation.

The place was great and it is in a perfect location. Randy was extremely easy to deal with and I was very happy with our communication. The place was a very good size, especially for Provincetown and everything was clean and comfortable. My friend and I would definitely stay here again.

My two friends and I were looking for a place to stay for Memorial Day weekend when we came across Randy's condo. It was exactly what we were looking for and at a great price for our budgets! I contacted Randy and he replied almost immediately. In fact, Randy was always very efficient, clear, and friendly with communication about the rental. When we arrived, the condo was clean and well stocked with linens (bonus because some places don't provide them). The kitchen was also well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc. We were never in need of anything. The condo was the perfect size for us and could have fit one more. The deck was perfect for sitting out and having meals (grill provided!) and for people watching on Bradford St. :) Location was absolutely perfect!! Walking distance to everything but tucked into a quieter neighborhood. We went into town every day for Tdances, restaurants, and shopping and it was so convenient! The only reason I was hesitant to write a review was because we want to return and don't want our "hidden gem" booked up on us! LOL But, I really respect Randy and am willing to share the enjoyment of his condo with others. ENJOY!!

The condo had everything we needed and was a short walk to all the best Ptown spots. So convenient and such a great find! I hope to stay here again in the future!
