If all you want is a base, not prepare meals for a group or relax then this is perfect. Clean and conveniently located in town.
The wording and volume of rules makes you think you are a primary school child. I find the tone threatening and it made it impossible to simply relax in the apartment.
Kitchen equipment is limited and not in great condition which meant it was impossible to prepare and enjoy a meal in the kitchen. If all you need is to make coffee or boil an egg then no problems.
