We had a wonderful week on Main street could sit on porch and enjoy the weather

Great location and everything was very clean. I few things need replaced/fixed (blind on door and in bathroom) but it didn’t effect anything.

House is fully equipped and right in middle of Berlin. Able to walk to lots of shops and eating! Our second stay and would definitely go back.

We booked this house because of location, the pictures make it seem like it has some really cute personality, however it needs renovations. The laminate flooring in the house is chipped and broken in places, the beds are all super uncomfortable and hard, the master(?) bedroom light flickered constantly like there was a short and the front door was impossible to get locked with no instructions on how to lock it back. There was dirt and grime on both porches, inside the house was dusty and really just needs a good wipe down and a good coat of paint. The back screen door was missing the glass and the screen so it’s just all open. We wanted to love this place because the owner was so sweet, making sure we knew where to go for anything in the area, and was communicative the whole time, but we won’t be returning to this house just due to the cleanliness.
