Perfect spot for a group of 10 to stay & experience Deer Valley. Shuttle was easy & quick, location close to Park City. House is well stocked. No complaints. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time in park city skiing. The house was just the right size for our group and any questions we had we were able to get a quick answer from the concierge quickly. My only negative was that I wish we had more of a heads up about the bus only shuttles to deer valley skiing resort and that at park city you had to make parking reservations ahead of time.

Our family had an amazing stay at this home located in Deer Valley. The Deer Valley shuttle bus system was able to pick-up and drop us off right outside the home. Could not have been a better location. The home is very cozy and provide enough room for all our family (8 adults, 1 infant). Hoping to book another stay here in the future.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay here. Dori went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible experience. Knowing that winter in the mountains can get a bit dry, I asked if she might have a humidifier on hand at the house... when we showed up, there was one ready to go in each room. Truly wonderful across the board. Thank you!!

We enjoyed our winter trip to Park City. The townhouse we rented was very suitable for our group. It was spacious, nicely decorated and furnished. However, the townhouse was not located on the free shuttle route as advertised, although the large development was. It was not convenient to walk and carry the ski equipment from the house to the shuttle stop. We had to rent a van to get around. In addition, we found all the towels, hanging ones as well as the folded ones, were all very wet, and we had to throw them all into the dryer to dry. The townhouse was not stocked with dish towels nor laundry detergent. The rolls of toilet paper in some of the bathrooms were of poor and cheap quality in that they were very thin and non-absorbent. These are some of the details that could have made our stay a better one.

This property floor-plan was excellent in managing our 7 guests (2couples, one adult single, and 2 adolescent siblings). The hot tub also comfortably held 6 and stayed nice and warm. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pans, etc. so we were well set up for cooking and food prep. We also appreciated the puzzles and games which were well used.
Unfortunately the large van we rented didn't fit into the garage so we had to scramble to figure out another transportation option, but Mandy from the management team was amazing and helped us work it out. We got a ton of snow the week we were there but the driveway and streets were always cleared by early morning so we could get out with little trouble.
Overall it was a great place, and we enjoyed it. Thank you!

The positives. The house was great and as advertised. The downstairs layout was great, with an open kitchen and living room floor plan. The jacuzzi was great, especially after skiing. The location is great – ~ 4-min drive to Snow Park lodge & ~10 min to Main St. There is a free shuttle it is a bit far (~1/3 mile) to walk in ski boots to the shuttle stop. Uber to / from the lodge is ~$10. There is also a hill for sledding about a 5-10 min walk, and the house had sleds to use.
Major Safety Concern – Garage floor slippery resulting in concussion fall
With people walking through the garage in ski boots to get to the mudroom, snow would fall off and melt on the garage floor making it very slippery. My son slipped on the garage floor, hit his head & got a concussion. The owners really need to put down walking rugs in the garage as the floor is a huge liability. I have no intention of suing & am not asking for compensation – I just want other renters are aware of the risk.
Issues with iTrip as property manager:
(1) We rented for a month with 5 kids on zoom school. iTrip sent someone to do a speed test which they said was 120mb download / 60-75mb upload. The actual speeds were 120mb download / 3-5mb upload. iTrip never responded with an explanation for the difference.
(2) iTrip promised the fireplace would be fixed before we arrived but it wasn’t. iTrip maintenance told me it wouldn’t be possible to fix it during our month stay. I had to call multiple times & threaten to rent somewhere else before they got someone to come fix it.
(3) The oven stopped working and took 7 days to get fixed. I had bought a Valentine’s dinner to cook for my wife and couldn’t make it. The repair person came out and told us he needed a part & it would be in the next day. We never heard back & I had to call daily to check. iTrip voluntarily refunded four hundred but a family of 7 ordering from take-out restaurants cost us more than that amount.
(4) We paid for weekly cleaning. The first time the cleaners showed up & said they wouldn’t clean because there were more than 2 people in the house. They ended up doing a 45 min quick clean for three hundred. I cancelled the remaining cleanings with iTrip but they never informed the cleaners who showed up next week. I requested the refund twice before it was refunded.
(5) The remote garage opener did not work upon arrival. I requested it be fixed twice and iTrip agreed but never sent anyone to fix it.

Review of 2440 Dear Lake Drive
This vacation was everything we could have dreamed of and more. The home was so conveniently located to Main Street, Park City and Deer Valley Ski areas. The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable and met all our expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from this owner again.

Perfect getaway
This home was the perfect place to spend the weekend. Our kids loved the hot tub and the board games at the home. It is in the perfect location in Deer Valley. During the day we enjoyed all the hiking and biking trails throughout Park City. At night we enjoyed how peaceful and quiet this home is. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a big meal. The home also had plenty of blankets and the kids loved the bunk beds! We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend this home to everyone!

Excellent rental
This 2 story rental was perfect for our group of 10 adult skiers. It was convenient to the ski resorts and Park City. Especially nice we’re the multiple bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and the hot tub just outside the door.

Excellent stay in Park City
Our group of 10 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely 2 story unit . I would recommend staying her for the convenience to the various ski resorts and the fun in Park City.
The kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub handy, and well maintained md there werea plenty of bathrooms to go around. We especially appreciated the mud room/laundry room, making it easy to keep our ski gear stored and ready for the next days outings.

Great stay, perfect for a large group
We had 5 couples, 1 single, and 1 child and all fit pretty comfortably in this cabin (with some bathroom sharing). The common space is awesome, and location very convenient to Main Street and especially to Deer Valley. There were some strict rules about only parking 2 cars in the community, but we were able to park a 3rd car in the Deer Valley lot no problem. You could get away with no car if skiing primarily at Deer Valley or Park City (we were visiting other mountains). There were some small deferred maintenance issues (dishwasher kept jumping off track, some duct tape on one of the shower heads) but otherwise a very comfortable and cozy place to stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in the home
The home worked out well for 10 family members on vacation. We rented a car but also took advantage of the free buses. It’s a quick ride to Main Street and PCMR. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the hot tub! We enjoyed our stay in the home.

Beautiful home in a great location
The house is beautiful and kept very clean. The location is also great! Only about an 8 minute Uber to the base of Park City / Main Street. And there were plenty of Uber’s available so there was no need for us to rent a car. iTrip is very responsive and answered any questions immediately after sending a message. Would definitely stay here again!

Had some issues with hotub and there were there promptly taking care of issues. Only negative was place was to warm in August without air conditioning, fans didn’t quite do enough!

This was a family reunion family ski vacation with kids and adults. The unit work perfectly, the curiously shuttle was great and the care of the hot tub was appreciated. This was a great experience for all!
