The unit is centrally located to Crown, DFO and restaurants. Spacious 3 bedroom unit. Functional although slightly dated kitchen/ appliances and bathrooms. Only 1 of the gas cooktop burners worked.

Such a wonderful space with comfortable beds & couch! Location is fantastic and so much is within walking distance. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

We had a beautiful apartment, styled with modern decor and facilities. The location was perfect for sight seeing and walking distance to public transport, shopping, casino and cafes.

Great location, very roomy apartment. Overall generally clean but attention to detail is lacking, very dusty in some spots. Please note WIFI not included in this apartment, yes, it isn't stated in the ad, but one assumes in 2023 there will be WIFI so it was a bit of a surprise when it wasn't. Would definitely book again based on location and ease of access.

The apartment was a great size plenty of room and plenty of bathrooms to accomodate a group of ladies. Great outlook and location everything a very short walk away shopping, casino, tram, 711. The host was very accomodating and would definately recomend this property and stay here again. The pool was also lovely. Thankyou for hosting us.

Met with my three sisters from interstate for the weekend and the apartment was perfect. Spacious and comfortable as well as well equipped.
Suggest a starter pack of shampoo, etc and tissues but otherwise had all we needed.

The apartment was very spacious, well appointed and in a great location - only a short tram ride to the CBD. Chris was extremely helpful and responsive.

Apartment is centrally located near Crown, MCEC, and South Wharf. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms allow for comfortable sleeping arrangements and easy sharing. Perfect place to stay for a girls weekend away!

The instructions on how to acces the property were spot on- which was great after a long drive from Canberra.
The property was in a fantacstic location & was not only surrounded by great restaurant options but also 3 mini supermarkets.
The furnishings were great & the bedrooms comfortable. My only minor criticism is the balcony was quite dirty....like i said minor & really a first world problem.
We had a great time in Melbourne- great city.

Apartment was a great location to southbank and very short walk to catch the tram to city. Apartment was nice and spacious. Pool was lovely.

Great location for weekend away, with space for six people to eat, drink and socialise.
Pros: beds and pillows very comfortable, two keys available to come and go, plenty of room to mingle inside, bedrooms good size, plenty of power points (may need extension lead), good shower facilities, secure floor access.
You should know: central aircon works reasonably well but no windows to open for fresh air and cooling isn’t great in (real) summer weather (melb does struggle for summer but we hit a couple of nights at 17 odd degrees).
Curtains aren’t block out in sense of being dark in morning sun.
Not smart TV so limited to Free to Air unless you have Apple TV/Chromecast.
Some cushions with stains.
No outdoor furniture to use on balcony but very windy at times so probably more of a safety issue.

I found our stay at Clarendon Towers to be in a great location. It was clean and suited our group of 6 friends for our weekend stay in Melbourne. I would recommend this apartment to anyone considering staying here.

Was the perfect spot for shopping and dining. Walkable distance to everything. Unit was clean and functional. Loved our weekend away.

No major complaints except some general maintenance comments:
1. lights in entry are missing,bulbs etc need to be fixed.
2. main bedroom has lights out too
3. lights out in lounge room too
4. fan extractor does not work, alarm keeps going off

The location of the property is perfect for exploring the Melbourne CBD. Easy access to public transport, grocery shops a short walk away and only a little further to the DFO, casino and convention centre. After a busy day the property provides a haven from the hustle and bustle - soft carpets, decently sized kitchen, good bedding, soundproofing, quiet neighbours and a great view of Clarendon St. The property owner was quick to respond to my queries. Overall a great pick.

The location and facilities were excellent for three couples to enjoy a great 3 day Melbourne experience.
We did have trouble working the heating system. It could have been warmer and we were unable to increase the temperature. Overall well priced accommodation in an excellent postition.

Great Property Location wise. 4 minute walk to convention centre and casino. Easy access to building. Apartment quite large and spacious. Furniture quite old fashioned and older shower...also no wifi which is very much a shame in an apartment and here on business. Very unusual. Overall we would stay here again.
