House was clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and tastefully updated. The open kitchen and living area, complete with wood burning fireplace, was perfect gif the adults. Cozy TV room for kids and movie watching. Nassau Point is a beautiful, quiet area and close to Southold and Greenport attractions and restaurants. Clean, well appointed, modern property in a beautiful part of the North Fork. Only a short drive from the beach with its clean sand and clear waters. We all slept well and felt truly relaxed during our stay. Highly recommended.

The property was perfect for our family of 4, plus 2 to celebrate Christmas together. Yvonne was responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. The house is open yet cozy. We enjoyed the main gathering room for meals and games and then we each were able to have our own space to either watch tv back in the tv room, or get away to take a nap in the lovely bedrooms. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to hunker down and spend some quality time as a family. Thank you Yvonne for sharing your home with us. It truly was a blessing to our family this Christmas! Many blessings to you and your family throughout the coming year! We all agreed before we left, that we would like to do it again next year! We are praying it will be available!

gem of a find on naussau point. we walked to a few of the beaches near by. large comfortable deck, private property. it was perfect fall getaway, close to the pumpkin farms, vineyards, and multiple towns. we hope to return.

Nice house, odd design though with layout for large families, 3 bedrooms upstairs but one bathroom. Downstairs had one bedroom with twin beds..no bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. Second bathroom downstairs was behind the kitchen, behind laundry room, no bedroom nearby.
Big pool which would be great selling point in the summer.

I had a fabulous week from the moment we opened the door! Entertaining was very comfortable, the pool is beautiful and clean! I loved the open floor plan where you can be in the kitchen and still converse with your guests at the dining table. I felt safe within the neighborhood and would definitely plan another stay at Yvonne's place! Perfect home to create wonderful memory moments!

Completely as advertised, house is clean and comfortable and looks exactly like the pictures (in fact more rooms exist than pictured and the property / deck is substantially bigger than in the pictures). Great pool for the kids, would recommend the house to anyone looking to spend time on the north fork.

Yvonne's house fit all of our needs. It's spacious, the kitchen is well stocked for the home chef, & the backyard is great! Yvonne was a pleasure to deal with. She sent us a bunch of pertinent information before we arrived. She was really responsive to any questions that we had. Everything was truly seamless.

A seamless experience with absolutely no worries. Well-located, big house with a terrific double height ceiling in the living room/dining room. Some might find it a little spare, but I liked the simplicity of it and the feeling that you weren't invading someone's home, but experiencing a fresh, clean place. Bring everything you need, as the supplies (other than sheets and towels, pots and pans, and cooking utensils) are limited.

We were two couples with 4 young kids and the house was perfect for us! Yvonne’s place was spotless! Kitchen was stocked well for lots of cooking. We really enjoyed the open living space and the fire place in the living room. It is a 2 minute drive from the beach with a few swings and slide that the kids really enjoyed! Yvonne communicated quickly and she is a lovely woman, giving us extra time in the house! The house was truly spotless upon arrival. We really enjoyed our stay, would love to come in summer and to use the pool!

The owner was extremely responsive and sent all necessary information about the property in advance. The house was clean, well-stocked and spacious. One of the bedrooms upstairs leads into the other bedroom, but it worked out well for us since it was used as an office. We enjoyed grilling, cooking, visiting the other small towns and the fireplace. We would love to return to this property! Thanks, Yvonne!

Three adults, four kids ages 2-13 and lots of rain! The house had everything we needed for our NYE getaway and all the cooking we did. A quick walk to the beach during one of the rain breaks was perfect and a short drive to Greenport for some exploring. Lovely house, space for all (and then some), clean and Yvonne was always available if needed.

We had a great month staying at Yvonne's home on Nassau Point. The house was very clean and well-appointed, with everything we needed for our stay. The location is wonderful - it's a beautiful, quiet residential area with wooded areas, ponds, and beaches. We enjoyed cycling around the point and to the beach. Yvonne was very helpful and responsive to everything that we needed. We hope to return soon!
