The apartment is nicely furnished.

We went in December and it was quite cold inside and if you switch a lot of electricity while ac is in the power goes off.

we decided to take the apartment after great reviews here, but to be honest we were a bit disappointed to get this apartment for a price of around 100 dollars. once we entered and started the communication with the host via WhatsApp, she said that since we had a last minute booking (one day prior arrival), we should be very careful with apartment cause someone else is checking in next day and she needs to Organise cleaning between us (what is quite obvious). but ok, not a big deal. flat: very big, but we were staying end of December and outside it is quite cold, in apartment was very cold when we arrived. we switched on the air conditioning in 2 rooms so that it could get warmer. floor itself is very cold (house is old, to it was expectable), so would be great to offer house shoes. Fotos look quite fancy but actually inside it is much more old school. which is nice to feel the atmosphere. we wanted to use wash machine, asked if there anywhere washing powder and the host said we should check if we find somewhere in a flat 😅 that it was there but maybe other guests picked it. in General sure powder shouldn’t be in the flat, but would be nice cause when travelling for some days on the island it is not convenient to buy it for just two times washing:) town: in winter time it is a very boring place, where also not easy to find shops/good restaurant, would recommend as a stop over

Excellent location for visiting Orsei region and beautiful beaches near Arbatax. It is 15-minute drive from Cala Goloritze parking site if you decide to make the one-hour trip to visit the coast. Nice, tiny and very comfortable accomodation with well-equipped kitchen, ideal for families (we were there with 3 kids).

Excellent option to stay for those who want to explore the paths crossing the natural reserve of Orosei Gulf leading to Cala Goloritzè for exemple, among other treks. The appartment is big, located in the main road of the little mountain village of Baunei, even if silent and relaxing at night. Very nice and open view to the hills ahead from the balcony. Big living room, with an awsome and king-size sofa :)) Well equipped kitchen. So nothing was missed during our stay in Santu Nigola.

The apartment was very nice. It is well decorated and very comfortable. There is all needed equipment. Aircon is available in both sleeping rooms and in the living room, the bathroom is very stylish and the furniture is of quality. Also, it is located in the center of Baunei so it has all facilities close by. I really recommend it!

A little bit noisy.

The aparment itself is very nice and new. Everything you need is in.

Just sometimes is a little bit noice because of the church bells next to the house.
