Miscommunication about apart # and it's location. Up 2 flights of stairs, dark entrance area with step up at door and therefore step down as you exit the door. Dirty apartment with visibly unswept dirty floors. The bathroom floor appears to never been washed. Bathroom fan not working and without a cover with wires exposed. No sweeping brush or vacuum or cleaning supplies beyond a scrubby and dish soap. Beds rickety and very uncomfortable. Living room couches looked wrecked and felt uncomfortable to sit on. Chairs seat covers wrecked and dirty, chairs wobbly and need tightening. Only 2 small pots and 1 small frying pan to cook with. Noisy neighbourhood. Way too high a price for a poorly maintained student accomodation.

Could not find properly and repeatedly called and was told that someone would call me it’s 2 days later still haven’t heard from anyone absolutely terrible way to do business.

Easy way to "check-in and check-out". We realised that The bathroom door handle was broken when we arrived. Somebody came to fixe it in the evening.

We are a family of five. We stayed 4 nights. Beside that we had 5 beds, we only had 4 sets to eat (4 forks, 4 plates, 4 spoons... and 4 chairs!). Our bedside lamps had no bulb. We send several messages to Ash for an extra chair and dinner set. We had answer, but nothing came, but an extra chair the last day. We are very desapointed: this apartment is not worth almost 200€ a night!!!

Clean & spacious

The mattress on my bed- a double - was very poor quality and very thin; I could feel every spring. I would at least expect comfort for the price I paid. It was poorly equipped in the kitchen, no coffee maker or cafetière, no sharp knives or bread knife. We were left some dishwasher tablets but there was no dishwasher. Overall poor.

Check-in was quick and easy, the apartment was comfortable and generally clean. There was enough cutlery and tableware for us all.

There really wasn't anything to like about this property, it was the only thing available for the night we needed after our original booking was cancelled last minute.

WE had NO key!!! Upon arrival the front door was unlocked, no key in the lock box. We were able to enter but not able to lock the door(door was even hard to close securely). We couldn't go out for dinner due to the fact we couldn't leave our belongings in an unlocked unit. The TV did not work!! One bathroom did not have a shower curtain and the toilet lid fell off!! The beds were not comfortable. When we reached out to the property we were promised a refund that never came!!

It’s close to the city by car. Perfect location for anyone mobile.

We couldn’t shower, the water was cold. It looks like we should have switched on the geyser earlier or the night before.

Good location. 30 min walk into the town centre

Dirty, run down, shower door broken, shower head broken in 3 places, had to hold the shower head when washing with one hand, overall very unsatisfactory.

No one in reception when we got there and no key left for us. we had to get the cleaner to walk down the street to meet with someone and ask them to come and give us a key (which turned out to be in the cleaners pocket in the end) Welcome email never came through and we never got a wifi code. There was no towels or option to hire any

Very comfortable apartment. Great location and very helpful staff.

Only issue was when I arrived, I hadn't received my room number and key box code. But after calling the number on the reception door, got through to Sinead who had the issue sorted in minutes.

Nothing,far too expensive for what was on offer.

Standard of cleaning was horrendous, dirty terraces with cigarette buts, empty cigarette packets and filthy railings etc, empty cans of Pepsi on the terrace, empty toilet roll holder behind the bathroom door. Bathroom stank of stale urine, Filthy crevices between the front door, lots of old food fell out of the sofa, sofa old damaged and uncomfortable, advertised as having tv but what use is this if there is no supplier/ connection front reception office not welcoming dirty, untidy, and staff untrained.

Absolutely nothing

Awful experience at this place .. had booked two apartments for my sister's hen party..as one of the guests had stayed here 3 weeks previous and said there was no bed sheets or linen on the beds I rang the company to ensure this would not happen for our stay,they said that cpusl not have been their apartments that they would never so such a thing..spoke to staff the morning of travel again reiterating how important it was to have apartments ready. Check in was 3pm we arrived to apartment at 18.30 and one of the apartments was absolutely filthy dirty no beds had been changed there were empty food cartons all over the place...the apartment stank.. I finally got in contact with a member of staff who told us she lived there but had clocked off but she would try find another apartment,after many phone calls we were finally put into another apartment however there was no toilet paper ,there was one small towel for 5 people ,the apartment smelt so bad and the toilet was revolting... As we were already late for our dinner reservation due to this error and the staff member on site said she was finished work so couldbt really help we stayed there as she said the manager will sort it out in the morning... We had to call the restaurant to have our dinner reservation changed which thankfully they were very obliging to do... This whole experience put a dampner on our weekend...furthermore there is little to no cutlery,cups plates in these apartments...no soap to wash your hands there was no sweeping brush, tea towel ,wash cloth to wash dishes ..an absolute joke of a place in my opinion really.they say they are student apartments but in fact I think most students would actually have a better standard of living. Furthermore after the sussposed on call manager had said she will speak to me again the next morning I still have not heard anything back from them...a disgrace of a set up
