Property was nice. Kitchen utensils could have been better but I understand people dont treat your belongings like their own. A mixer would have been nice. Everything else was as advertised. We had a great stay here. I highly recommend it.

It is in a fabulous location - beach , groceries, restaurants are all within minutes of walking, and yet the complex is quiet and feels and is isolated from noise and traffic. Some aspects of the unit are slightly dated but overall it is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. We stayed for 3 months and would do it again in a heartbeat. Liz the owner is very responsive and helpful.

Rental owner extremely helpful! Relaxing stay with quiet, secure courtyard. Walk or bike to lots of shops, restaurants and of course the beach! Beautiful beach with room to stretch out. Loved the electronic door lock, beach towels, cart, chairs. We would stay again.

Great location, walkable or bikeable to anything you’d want while visiting. We stayed for a month and the villa was very well equipped for a long stay. Great setup! The listing was very accurately represented. Highly recommend and will likely rent here again!

The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking and beach supplies (chairs, boogie board, beach cart, towels, and umbrella). The beach was 5 to 10 minute walk and many restaurants and stores to walk to. Bike rental was in walking distance and we rented bikes which we were able to ride to many other parts of the island.

Everything was as expected and more with the accommodations. The island was a great place for a family vacation and we plan on returning to the Villas again next year….

Great location and photos were accurate. So close to lots of restaurants and stores. The kitchen is small and there are some things that could use updated, but overall, it was very nice. The community was nice and clean. The master bed was very uncomfortable, but the other beds were a 4/5. This is perfect for a family or one couple.

We had a great experience

We had a fabulous stay at this condo in the heart of Coligny. It was so great being able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Working with Liz was great. She responded quickly and made sure we has everything we needed. Hope to be back!

We had a very nice week here in the heart of Hilton Head Coligny Beach area. Located right behind the plaza and a short walk to the beach. Liz has beach supplies that came in very handy. Great communication with property owner.

This was a great place to stay -- close to the beach and the shops at Coligny. The owner was very responsive. Everything you would need from a Hilton Head vacation.

Loved the location of this property. 2 minute bike ride to the beach but also had seclusion. Great beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards and a beach cart. My kids loved the bunk room and the pool. Overall great value for the location and being pet friendly!

Coligny Villas is a little gem - hidden away but so close to everything - the plaza, the beach, everything you could want. The interior courtyard and pool area are very calm and tranquil.

Great place to stay with family and pets. Short walk or bike ride to Coligny and the beaches. Clean and nicely equipped condo with pool just outside the door. Small issue with a water leak and wet floors in the kitchen and entry. Liz is planning on a fix and replacing the floors ASAP. Happy with our stay and will plan to return again.

Firstly, the owner Liz was amazing to answer questions before and during our stay. She could not have been more accommodating. Example, a review had listed extra items included such as beach chairs, buggy etc. Well I was looking for an umbrella and could not find it. I text Liz and she said it must have broke or was misplaced. Within 20 mins she reached back out and told us one would be delivered the next day. Sure enough, it came and we used it at the beach. Secondly, this condo could not have been cleaner, more well equipped and In the best location to restaurants, shops and the beach. Lastly, having the pool in the courtyard was awesome as it’s just a short walk away and far enough back to hear no noise. Like another reviewer it’s hard to write this as I want to keep this hidden secret for ourselves, but I wanted Liz to know how wonderful her rental was! If you book you won’t be disappointed

Property was clean and just the right size for our family of 4. It was close to Coligny Plaza and we were able to easily walk to restaurants, grocery store, and shops. We were pleased that a beach cart along with chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and towels was available: less packing for us. Liz was wonderful to work with. I would rent from her again.

This was the perfect place to stay! It was very well kept and very clean. I loved being able to have my dog stay here with his family. The pool and courtyard were private and quiet. It was a short walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again!

My family enjoyed staying at your townhouse! The location is perfect to the beach and the Coligny Plaza. The kids enjoyed riding their bikes around the villas. The bunk beds were the best possible sleeping arrangements for 4 brothers! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for opening up your home to us!
