Beautiful location and wonderful hosts. My family had a great time staying here. The master bedroom had a very comfortable king bed, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, steps from the private beach. Five stars!

My husband, two kids, and pup just returned from a much needed vacation here! It surpassed my expectations by a long shot. The location was amazing, as the beach was not crowded and felt private. That’s something we have yet to find in the area, so relaxing! The views were the best I’ve experienced. I just cannot say enough!! Already planning our next trip!

Family had the most wonderful time staying in 30A and at Coop and Peggy's Condo. We've driven thru 30A many times while on vacation and made the jump to stay locally.. Can't say enough about the back door view of the Gulf. Super easy access and available beach equipment were great. Condo was very clean and well lit. Parking was front and center.

Excellent condo!!
Our family of four loved this condo so much!! It's location to the beach is absolutely perfect! The amenities are top notch and probably the most quiet locations we have ever stayed at in that area. We will return and we highly recommed this condo.

We enjoyed this condo so much. Right on the water. Beautiful views. We took our newborn and pup and had plenty of room in the master bedroom. Gary was so easy to work with and we appreciated all the extra touches!

Wonderful Stay
The property was beautiful and clean, had gorgeous views, comfortable master bed, and was exactly as pictured! Coop was awesome to work with. Very accommodating and responsive and made the process so easy. We had a great time on our much needed vacation and will definitely stay again!!

We had a fabulous week with the water crystal clear day after day. Great view’s and beautiful property. Be prepared to walk up and down steps to get to the beach, we had no issues. It might be difficult for anyone with medical issues.

Very nice/ great location to beach, shops, restaurants
The pictures do a great job reviewing the place but do nothing for the view of the beach. I think it was 61 stairs to the beach which made it convenient. All neighbors were respectful.
Everything we needed for a get away to the beach.
Last thing, while this place is dog friendly the beach is not and there was an informative sign that stated we could be fined if we would have brought our pup.

This townhome was perfect for our babymoon getaway! The location is right on the beach with plenty of grass areas for our pup that joined us on the trip. We really enjoyed both outdoor spaces - the downstairs patio and the upstairs balcony - and the views can't be beaten! The unit was clean and the furnishings were very comfortable - it was the best sleep I've had my entire pregnancy, but the ocean sounds probably helped with that too. It was also really convenient to have our own hose on the patio to rinse our dog's paws after walks/play. We enjoyed spending our days on the beach and biking to nearby Alys and Rosemary Beach for lunch/dinner. We plan to return in the future with our growing family because this unit has space for more than just the two of us and our dog. If I had to make one recommendation it would be to swap out the chairs on the upstairs balcony with some taller chairs that are bar height to see clearly over the railing and enjoy the view. Otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing! Can't wait to return!

Just what we needed
The second we opened the front door we could see the Gulf and OMG -- it was perfect! The location was perfect -- kitchen perfectly appointed with everything we needed. The set up was perfect for our group and we cant wait to come back. Coop was accessible and easy to work with. Cant wait to come back!

Everything was new and well laid out. Beach was a short walk. When I locked myself out Coop was there so fast I was still on the phone asking him what the keycode was.

Great Beach/Ocean front & pet friendly property on 30A
We loved that we found a property this nice that allowed us to bring our pup with us on our Beach vaca. Great location on 30A, quiet and really liked that we had a bit of green yard in the back and a private walkway to the private beach area. Condo was clean and well maintained. Coop was very responsive and pleasant to work with. We'll be back!

Right on the Water!
This may have not be the most luxurious unit, but it was perfect for us! Unit 2 was literally steps from the beach! Looking out of the sliding doors of the living room is a green space leading to the steps to the beach. My favorite spot was the balcony. From there, you could watch the dolphins in the morning while you sip your coffee, or sit in the Adirondack chair and watch the moon dance on the waves. The only negative for me was I didn’t research enough. The unit was pet-friendly which stirred up my asthma a bit.

Perfect view
We loved staying in the #2 Townhome. It was located in a great spot on 30a and had a great view of the beach! We loved being able to have our dog with us. Plenty of grass for them!

A Postcard View of the Ocean!
First I want say that the property manager is great! We had an issue with the Hot water, but Coop took care of the problem immediately! I would definitely rent from Coop again! Now the Condo is beautiful, the view from the balcony is breathtaking! Everything is clean, and it comes with everything you need to cook a meal even a grill. We enjoyed the area, lots to see and do! It’s located away from the crowds, the beach feels very private! I would say it’s a Hidden Gem!! We plan on renting from Coop again, why go anywhere else!! We can’t wait till our next trip!

Awesome experience! Dealing with Coop was a breeze. If you’re looking for a beach location that is family and fur baby friendly, then look no further! Once you’re there, you feel like you’re at home.

12th Visit
Our12th visit. This is the only condo we have rented year after year since discovering it in 2013. Coop Cooper (previous owner, now manager) is the best. He and his wife Peggy live a few miles down the road and will be there in a flash if you ever need him. I have said it before and I will say it again - this is a wonderful place to stay.

Fantastic vacation!
We were blown away by the beach view from the upstairs patio and master bedroom. We’ve been visiting the gulf shore for more than 20 years and the convenience to the beach here is unprecedented. The kids loved it and being right on the water made everything easier with two kids. The best part is that the beach wasn’t crowded like at the high rise buildings. We were also able to bring our rescue dog, who really is a member of the family. This is our new go location on the gulf. We highly recommend the Coop properties!!
