NYX Hotel Madrid by Leonardo Hotels

Staff were great, cleaning staff especially, given we were traveling with a pet and had to plan around moving the pet out of the room for cleanings. Hotel staff were helpful with recommendations and answering questions we had. The room was really nice, as was the location. We got the little bit bigger room for more space to move around.

Everything was excellent for the price we paid (which was very reasonable)

The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom had a bathtub and shower combination. This is purely personal preference since I have an injured ankle which made climbing in and out of the bath a bit difficult. I would have preferred a walk-in shower, but this is very much a minor detail

Comfortable bed , great customer services .

I like the design ok NYX hotels

The quality of the hotels are not the same depending from the location which is unfair - so far the top one being the one in Milan and the worst the Madrid one with London in the middle Poor quality of bedding Room too small for 3 - I had to place the side table in the closet to gain some space! No desk and one tiny trash bin in the bathroom Toilet paper like in a two star hotel No conditioner nor decent soap Location somewhat ok but in any case a good walk to the metro and the neighbourhood is far from fancy
