Pride Amber Vilas Resort & Convention Centre

We had a pleasant stay at Pride Amber Villas. The property is spacious and beautifully maintained, with a lovely garden that adds to the overall atmosphere. The rooms are a good size and comfortable, and we appreciated having plenty of space around the property. The continental breakfast was decent, although the selection was quite limited and could definitely be improved, particularly by offering more variety. One issue we did have was with our booking. We had booked a twin room for two guests through Booking.com about a month in advance. However, the reservation showed only 1 guest, so we contacted the hotel in advance to reconfirm the booking and clarify the number of guests, but unfortunately received no response. At check-in, we were then asked to pay an additional amount for the second guest. This was a little disappointing, especially as we had tried to clarify the issue with the hotel beforehand.

Overall, we enjoyed the property, especially the spacious grounds, lovely garden, and good-sized rooms. With better communication regarding bookings and an improved breakfast selection, the experience could be even better.

Lovely setting, really liked the separate bungalows set amongst the trees and jasmine flowers. Staff are fabulous, breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant are really enjoyable too. Location is outside of the centre but the compromise is worth it for the extra space and quality accommodation. Thanks to Dinesh the driver for taking us around Jaipur for the day, and Geetam the fabulous doorman.

Property is huge

Rooms are not comfortable and small in size
