O quarto é bem limpo e as camas são confortáveis.

Achei que a recepção deixou a desejar. Todos os colaboradores que eu tive contato não foram tão receptivos.

O Café da manhã é super farto e gostoso

O fato de ter um frigobar mas ainda não ter nada nele. Fui informado que aguardam uma vistoria e autorização

The first room I stayed in had a broken floor - some wood sticking out, but the manager helped me out straightaway getting me into a nicer room and making sure everything was ok. But it wasn't!

Bed wasn't so comfortable and shower was terrible. The toilet kept leaking, so there was a leaking noise all night long and then emergency light right on top of bed, so that wasn't pleasant either!! Arriving at the hotel was quite an awful experience, as there wasn't a proper place to park to get the luggage out and being on my own, made it hard to get the suitcases out in the middle of heavy traffic. Finally, the staff helped out. The first receptionist wasnt great, but everyone else was very helpful and kind.

Downtown location and close to a great restaurant. The buffet breakfast was nice and good variety.

The rooms were simple.

Overall is good !

Bathroom does not even match how the Hotel looks like, needs to improve.

Breakfast good, well-sorted. The location is great too.

Maintenance missing: leaking showerhead, towel hanger with loose screws, floor misaligned
