Location is indeed great, 5 min walking distance from Seville Cathedral/Giralda Tower, very close to restaurants and shops. Host was very kind and offered valuable information regarding the heating system/ taxi .Easy to self-check in via door code and keys in a box

everything was great, I would recommend in the future to change the windows/doors with a more hermetical/sound proof system (during the evening you could hear noise on the street, although the street is not crowded or could hear when the other guests were opening/closing their doors)

We absolutely loved the size and cleanliness! The locations couldn't have been better and very easy accessible.

Not a deal breaker for us but maybe for others, the cathedral bells are quite loud.

Service was great! Management was super responsive. I asked them how to call a taxi at night and thought I will call myself. They were not only super quick to respond, also called and reserved the taxi for us. There is a beautiful terrace on the top door for everyone to use. There are laundry machines there so we could do our laundry while enjoying the roof. We had to break our 4 nights stay in 2 separate bookings so we could take side trips and they let us keep our luggages in their storage. When we returned our luggages were already in the room. Everything was so seamlessly run and we were 110% taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this property👍👍

The soundproofing of the bedroom windows is terrible. can't rest

The satisfying components, the cleaning staff was nice, the rooms were clean and the location close to the Seville Church, all other elements were mediocre.

The instructions for unlocking the unit were poor, outdated, at no time was there available staff, no information how to contact them efficiently. The unit was totally utilitaerien, dungeous, the bathroom too small. No small brochure about city and maps. Someone always needs some local guidance.

The description in booking.com says this room is distributed over the ground floor, first floor and second floor. However the entire apartment was all on the ground floor next to a busy walkway which meant we had to keep all the window shutters closed. The description in booking.com is misleading and I would recommend it is updated.

We liked the location in the historic centre. Comfortable beds and good shower. Also great laundry up on roof terrace.

The ground floor apartment was a bit noisy being on street level. Closing the shutters helped but also blocked any natural light.

Excellent location. The laundry room facilities on the roof were excellent. The terrace is very nice. Smooth check-in process. Service was excellent and are quick to respond by WhatsApp. Kitchen was well-equipped.

The lighting can be a little dark at times with apartment buildings in Sevilla being close by. The key for the building door wasn't the correct one and we ended up using the code to enter every time.

Right in the city center, nice apartment, easy access with keyboxes. We could also leave our luggage after checkout.

The building and the apartment were spotless! Probably one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed in. The entire property is nicely decorated, all the staff we encountered were friendly and the location was perfect for our trip. We had such an enjoyable, relaxing stay in Seville and spent more time than I anticipated hanging on the roof of CasaQuintero

There was a bit of noise in our bedroom because of the internal windows to the hallway however there are very few apartments so it was not often that other guests were walking around. Given the age of the building it was something we anticipated and it did not impact the quality of our stay overall.
