Jaynet Oceanview Resort

First and foremost: **STAFF** – Very welcoming, kind, approachable, and attentive. They guided and assisted us with everything, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. **LOCATION** – A bit far, but worth the trip! The ride itself is enjoyable. I recommend going by car, as we rode a motorbike and it was too hot that day. **FOOD** – NO CORKAGE! 👏 I highly suggest bringing your own food since there’s no restaurant, canteen, or store on the property. No worries though—the market, restaurants, and stores are just a 3‑minute drive away. The resort also provides utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, cups, and hot/cold water. **PLACE & ROOMS** – Very quiet and relaxing. If you’re looking for a peaceful spot to appreciate nature while unwinding, this is perfect. There weren’t many guests during our stay, so we enjoyed the pool without crowds. The room is spacious, with a table, chairs, a huge bathroom, closets, and a TV with Netflix. Thanks to the glass wall, you can even eat while watching the sea. **POOL** – A long rectangular pool with two circular ends. The middle section is deeper, but not too deep—great for swimming and relaxing. **SEA** – Crystal clear and very tempting! It was high tide during our visit, and since I can’t swim, I was glad the property provided life jackets. They also have snorkeling equipment, which I didn’t realize at first—I thought it belonged to other guests. I regret not asking earlier because snorkeling turned out to be one of my favorite activities! 🥹😩 ✨ Overall, it was a very fun and memorable experience. We truly enjoyed our stay. Nice property right on the water!! Water behind the resort is a preservation area, so you can safely snorkel. Pool stretches the length of the resort and over looks the water. Room is clean and comfortable with good a/c for the hot days. Very friendly and helpful staff!!!

Room has tv and dvd player, with lots of dvds available in the reception area, but no access to tv stations. Main door lets a little bit of noise from the birds and pool area through, if you wanted to sleep in late.

Cette établissement a beaucoup de potentiel, très belle vue sur la mer, d’autant plus depuis la belle piscine ! Chambre agréable et climatisée. Très calme, nous étions les seuls dans l’hôtel. Accès plage, nous avons vu des tortues!

Malheureusement cette établissement semble un peu délaissé… Nous avons sommes arrivés tôt pour laisser nos sacs le temps de découvrir la ville et nous avons appris qu’à notre retour qu’il n’y avait pas de restaurant… assez loin de la ville, nous aurions aimé nous organiser… Ainsi, le manque de restaurant (mais possibilité de commander un choix très limité de plat avant 17h pour le dîner) est un peu inconfortable, de même pour l’impossibilité de commander une boisson..
