We loved our stay at Armonik Suites. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was great!

I wish the gym had a treadmill or cardio equipment.

Location is great, most places are accessible on foot. The staff are nice.

The wifi was very spotty, and the room can be noisy from the street nearby. Also charging for everything (water/coffee...) is a bit inappropriate for the price of the stay.

We were forced to check out early due to a broken elevator, the money was not returned!

They chatged me for a small chocolate bar, which was unpriced, kind of a bit contrast with the nice service...

Completely met my expectations. Was very comfortable and supplies were nice. Secure building with 24/7 Staff was great, very accommodating and helpful. Liked the kitchenette with a large size refrigerator. Location was great for my needs. Was nice to have a balcony to relax on. The A/C worked great and was nice having an oscillating fan too!! Enjoyed the large 65" Smart TV. I was able to watch my favorite shows and movies via Netflix, Prime, YouTube and other APPs. Was also able to cast from my laptop. I didn't use the fitness center so don't know what that was like. All in all, it was a great stay. Would definitely stay here again! PS, I saw other reviews that mentioned noise and thin walls. I was there over the weekend and never encountered any noise or such.

Bathroom was small and difficult to get around the door to the toilet. Needs a sliding door instead. Glass shower door wouldn't stay closed without putting a washcloth in the track. (Would be a minor fix.) Kitchen glasses are the size of juice glasses so had to buy some larger plastic glasses to drink out of, which I left. Didn't have any door mats so had to borrow the housekeeper's broom a couple of times to sweep, which was fine with me. I was there 5 nights but didn't want any cleaning service. Entry stairs are a little narrow and steep but manageable. Couch was under TV, so I just moved it against the end of the bed and it was fine.
